フロントは3人で対応と自動精算機3機があり　早い時間に入ったので余裕でチェックインできましたけど　全国旅行支援中の手続きや地域クーポンなどの説明で普段より時間がかかっていたと思います 振り返ったら　いつの間にか待ち客がズラッと並んでた それでも親切丁寧に説明してくれて　質問にも応えてもらいました 担当して下さったフロントの女性感謝です　 部屋はハリウッドツイン　お掃除は綺麗だったので一安心　 リニューアルしたばっかなので設備も新しく　 PC広げれて作業出来るくらいのワイドテーブル セミセパレート（バス・トイレ別）←これがホテルを決める時の第一条件で　洗い場もあり希望通りって思ったのですが シャンプー類が浴槽の縁に置いてあり　シャワーのとこには棚も無ければ椅子と桶もないので　 使う時床に直置き？　使いづらいと相方に言われた　確かにちょっと使い難いかも？ 洗濯フックも無いし　タオルとかブラシとか浴槽横の隙間に置いて シャワー派の私も今までこんなとこあったかなぁって思いました とにかく風呂が使いにくい　 評価2くらいまで下がるねって思ってたけど　朝食で挽回＾＾ いろいろ美味しく頂きました　茶碗蒸しなんて朝食で出すとこある？　 楽しみにしてたダシ巻きは時間的な物か日にちなのか無かったので残念でした 帰宅してから　お店を検索したくらい良かったです 「食彩健美 野の葡萄」殆ど支店？もホテルの中なんですね 次のホテル選びに思案中　スタッフの方々も皆感じ良くて 朝食会場がここで良かったです ありがとうございました

性價比非常高的心齋橋Roynet。禁煙房面積還可以，房間比較大，衞生間比較乾淨，床鋪睡着也舒服，酒店規模不大，但細節處理到位，前台服務態度良好，英語溝通沒有問題。早餐比較簡單，意大利麪條蠻好吃的，出門就是心齋橋，逛街吃飯太方便了

The first impression of this hotel is that the receptionist speaks fluent English cleanliness is normal, what is certain is that a hotel for this class of price is appropriate, if you want to be 100% clean it seems like just a dream, don't expect Japan to be cleaner than hotels of the same class, if it is smaller in area, that's true.

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

This hotel was gorgeous. Staff are lovely. Our twin room was spacious with very comfortable beds and, again, plug in facilities for all our electronic devices without having to use our international plugs. Coffee, tea, etc on tap 24 hours in the lobby and, for those who travel with no pyjamas or toiletries, all was provided in the room. Weird & wonderful was that you could put your laundry in the washer/dryers and see from the screen in your room when it was finished and ready for you to go back & collect it. Train stations are close to hand. A huge shopping mall down to the right of the exit but if you want to find good eating places turn left from the exit and you will only have to walk a few hundred metres to find many choices.
