The location is good because it’s near Nankai station (just walk around 2 min from hotel) so It’s a good place if you plan to go to Kansai Airport after stay at this hotel. The staff in the hotel is good at English so you can talk with them freely. The room is so so but the good things is there is a wall to seperate each bed so you can have some space for your private. If you are a women I recommend to bring hair dryer with yourself because hair dryer in the hotel is quite old and have only 1 hair dryer.

Hostel felt more like a hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy, however, bed mattresses were very hard. Excellent location within walking distance to Amerika-Mura, Dotonbori and Metro lines. Would happily stay again.

Excellent experience, places were clean, easy access to almost everywhere, but the only issue I’ll say is the noise from the road, Most likely bikes.

Very disappointing hostel. Very dirty, no hand soap on the toilets, which havn't been cleened for weeks! The fridge too was very discusting and unclean. There was no kitchen but only one dirty small room with a table and a couple of chairs. We left right away - we required our money back and the staff accepted. They didn't looked surprised, when we mentioned the very bad hygiene standard. Can't recommend this hostel in Osaka...

We stayed at Hotel Taiyo, I do see a lot of people posting positive reviews for Hotel Toyo here, that is a diffrent hotel and definitely not this one. The hotel is outdated, run down and in desperate need of renovation. The tile are old, worn and look like they have never been properly cleaned or waxed. The furniture is shabby and uncomfortable the bed springs where so prominent it left my hips and ankles aching. Our first night we went out and bought ourselves pillows as the ones here are unusable. There was also only one plug in the room so we had to spend even more for a power bar. The whole place was filthy with dirt and dust visible in every corner. The towels were dirty, and the bathroom was again unclean and permanently smelled of piss our whole stay. The amount of dust in the vents were slightly alarming from a safety standpoint. We also had major issues with internet 90% of the time. If you need internet for work you are SOL. The staff was professional and friendly, and the overall customer service was the only redeeming quality The location was great close the the main line station and the JR line. Overall, the hotel fell way below expectations and was a terrible experience that I would not recommend to anyone

Very clean and organized. I felt very safe, especially the female only floor. This place had everything you need. Receptionists were extremely friendly and willing to help with things like booking reservations for restaurants. Great location with affordable price. So many things around, and easy access to everywhere! I will book this again and prefer it over a hostel, since its cleaner and was better eqquipped.

I loved my stay in Cargo. Everything you need is provided: nightwear, a variety of decent toiletries and unlimited towels. Very clean and safe. Make sure to use the bathroom with hot tub up on top floor and the self service sitting area on ground level.

난바에서 도보로 6분정도 걸리고 전부 평지라 기내용 캐리어 끌고갔는데 걸을만했습니다. 체크인 체크아웃 모두 빠르게 도와주셨고 직원분들 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 굉장히 깔끔합니다. 여성전용룸과 여성전용 휴게실 모두 키가 있어야 출입이 되는 구조라 안전하다고 느꼈고, 방도 캡슐치곤 큰 편이라 좋았네요. 여성 사우나가 없고 샤워실만 있어서 아쉽긴 했는데 잠만 잘 용도였어서 딱히 상관은 없었습니다. 그리고 소음같은 경우는 제가 소음에 크게 예민하지 않아서인지, 아니면 당일 묵었던 투숙객들 매너가 좋았던건지 시끄럽다고는 느끼지 못했습니다. 난바역과 굉장히 가깝다는 점, 숙소 컨디션 생각하면 가성비 굉장히 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다.

I lived Khaosan World Namba for 7 days in August, 2020. I really liked the place, Ambience and the people specially Miyu and Ayumi. They are warm welcoming and ready to help you out for anything. They have hand sanitizer and Masks for free. so caring place and people. It's near by to Dotonbori, Osaka castle, Universal Studios etc. The Major attractions of Osaka. Also There is an Indian restaurant called ”Asiyana”. Great food in front of Khaosan world Namba. I loved the place and I miss it. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
