We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are very spacious, new, and spotlessly clean. The staff is helpful and accommodating, making the experience even better. The hotel is surrounded by some great restaurants, offering plenty of dining options. Getting around is easy. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Hotel located not in the busiest area but there are a few subway stations within 10 minutes walk. Room is spacious and clean + very new. The room is so quiet that you can rest your mind after a full day of traveling. I would say the bed is comfy but the bedding seems too heavy and the room temperature was a bit high for me. I am sure is one of the room most travelers would love.

Reception speaks excellent English. Very accommodating was able to use their fridge to store some food. Pretty new hotel.

Love the hotel. It's spacious, it's clean and it's close to higobashi station. There's a supermarket next to the higobashi station exit, which makes it so convenient when you need to grab some snacks before heading back to the hotel. There's also a drugstore within walking distance for your last-minute shopping as well as family mart that sits right across the road, which operates for 24/7 for your midnight craving (i.e., noodles cup). The bathroom has all the basics, which you would expect from a 4-star hotel, i.e. shaver, hand/body lotion, shower cap, nothing too fancy. The loveliest part is probably the water pressure for shower, which is strong. The only downside from the hotel is the in-room temperature, which is not strong/not cold enough. Other hotels we went can easily go to 17/18 degrees Celsius, but my room felt like 20-22. Not a big deal though given the fantastic condition of the room.

The hotel is clean and new. The room is much bigger than many hotels in Japan. But the location is not quite good. Even the nearest coin laundry, you need to walk around 1km.

Very nice hotel! The staff are very professional and nice. The hotel is in business area. The streets near the hotel are very clean.

Good condition

The hotel is quite new , the location is convenient but not exactly in the centre of everything but its in between 2 major areas. The room is smaller as i expected even though we have booked for a bigger room. The breakfast is fair however, there are too many people but not enough space.
