2 of us enjoyed this room very much. The 2 double beds were large and comfortable, everything was very clean, the location was superb, and everything functioned well in the room. We would gladly stay here again!

Place is very near to all the Metro with direct train connects to almost all famous places in Osaka Kyoto and Nara. Only issue is near to rail track, although they have made all arrangement to soundproofing, still you hear the noise. Beds and blankets are also bit small for 2 person in queen size bed. There is no room heater. Or mattress are not heat controlled. Aircon control only. I guess in peak winter, place may be bit difficult to maintain warmer. , how ever for mid November trip we could manage.

Location is convenient and near to train station. As it is unmanned, it can get quite confusing on how to check in. Unable to store luggage before or after stay.

Easy to check in with the instructions given! Replies from the staff online was very fast as well. The place was clean, and able to do laundry. Around 10 min walk to umeda station.

Very convenient location due to its 5-min walking distance to Osaka-Umeda Station. Apartment is clean, too, with washing machine, microwave, laundry detergent and hangers available. Owner is also quick to reply via email.

If you’re reading this review, then you’ve already read a few other reviews and the main problem I see with everyone is the check in system. This IS a self check in accommodation so you will need TWO codes.. one to get into the lobby and one to get into your room. You should recieve the instructions on your email confirmation for the room and the rest is straight forward. As for the room and location, the room is quite a decent size compared to most hotels in Japan. Room was very clean. To empty your rubbish bins everyday of your stay, take your rubbish and leave it tied up outside your door and it will be collected. Room as a washing machine which was great because 3 of the 5 hotels we stayed in Japan did not lol Location is amazing, it’s right above a Starbucks if you’re a coffee fiend like myself. A straight 5 minute walk from the closest train station and there’s plenty of eateries around which is normal in Japan. Overall, a great stay for me, my wife and my 2 sons. We will definitely return to stay here when we’re back in Osaka. Highly recommend!!

Room is spacious.They don't have reception.Like apartment hotel as they mention

A room with amenities, clean bedding, and clean room. A perfect location, and secure safety, everything was perfect.

The location is really good nearby train and jr station in 10 min walk. Also, they have washing machine which is reallu good when we stay,. However, the toilet is smelly all the time. There is no reception and service so we cannot leave our luggages after check out. The wifi is instable.

The room is super small with movement limited within the small space with no table nor chair to sit.

Cleanliness, lovely bathroom with shampoo conditioner body wash

The room is a bit small for 3 persons. Plus points for laundry and balcony. Self check-in, no staff to greet you, no front desk. Not sure if they have storage for luggage. Had a hard time to contact the owner since we only had the data sim.

10/10. Clean and nice place. With kitchen area and washing machine. Not spacious if you have a lot of luggage but you can work around it. Toiletries are provided even the laundry and dish soap. Kitchen utensils too. Worth its price.
