Location is near umeda-osaka hankyu line with another few minutes to JR osaka station,so transfer to anywhere U want and is near the osaka subway(red line).7-11,Lawson, family mart is within 5 minutes walking distance so don't need to worry about late night hunger....7 minutes to Aeon supermarket as well for those who wish to cook.If taking shinkansen...just one stop away from Shin-osaka station.

Awesome and spacious apartment. My wife and I both liked it.

Stayed here for 4 nights, location is ok about 700m from station. This is an apartment that have full features with kitchen, fridge, washing machine which is great be able to wash clothes. The TV have a youtube, it's a plus point. Overall a good place to stay.

Room was a bit too small Location is quite strategic, near to some restaurants and convenience store Kitchen has its amenities

2 of us enjoyed this room very much. The 2 double beds were large and comfortable, everything was very clean, the location was superb, and everything functioned well in the room. We would gladly stay here again!

The apartment is very clean and amenities are sufficient for family stay. The location is pretty convenient, close to train station and shopping area. The apartment service response promptly to al your enquiries.

Place is very near to all the Metro with direct train connects to almost all famous places in Osaka Kyoto and Nara. Only issue is near to rail track, although they have made all arrangement to soundproofing, still you hear the noise. Beds and blankets are also bit small for 2 person in queen size bed. There is no room heater. Or mattress are not heat controlled. Aircon control only. I guess in peak winter, place may be bit difficult to maintain warmer. , how ever for mid November trip we could manage.

Location is convenient and near to train station. As it is unmanned, it can get quite confusing on how to check in. Unable to store luggage before or after stay.

Easy to check in with the instructions given! Replies from the staff online was very fast as well. The place was clean, and able to do laundry. Around 10 min walk to umeda station.

Very convenient location due to its 5-min walking distance to Osaka-Umeda Station. Apartment is clean, too, with washing machine, microwave, laundry detergent and hangers available. Owner is also quick to reply via email.

If you’re reading this review, then you’ve already read a few other reviews and the main problem I see with everyone is the check in system. This IS a self check in accommodation so you will need TWO codes.. one to get into the lobby and one to get into your room. You should recieve the instructions on your email confirmation for the room and the rest is straight forward. As for the room and location, the room is quite a decent size compared to most hotels in Japan. Room was very clean. To empty your rubbish bins everyday of your stay, take your rubbish and leave it tied up outside your door and it will be collected. Room as a washing machine which was great because 3 of the 5 hotels we stayed in Japan did not lol Location is amazing, it’s right above a Starbucks if you’re a coffee fiend like myself. A straight 5 minute walk from the closest train station and there’s plenty of eateries around which is normal in Japan. Overall, a great stay for me, my wife and my 2 sons. We will definitely return to stay here when we’re back in Osaka. Highly recommend!!

Room is spacious.They don't have reception.Like apartment hotel as they mention
