The Mokumoku Room at this hotel is perfect for a family of three. Where there used to be two beds, there are now three tatami mats, so even if a child rolls around in their sleep at night, it won't disturb the adults, and there's no need to worry about them falling off. The best way to get here from the station is to take the small path next to Starbucks. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which, although small, can meet most basic needs. To get to Universal Studios, you still have to go back to the station, or walk through another hotel, but overall, it's very convenient.

It's pretty good, and the room is spacious enough. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Universal Studios. The bathroom layout is very sensible, and the room is quite comfortable.

Facilities: Each floor has a pantry with a beverage vending machine, a water dispenser for drinking, and an ice machine – very handy. Dining: Breakfast offers a good variety.

The hotel is a very convenient 10-minute walk to Universal Boulevard, and the rooms are spacious. It's quite affordable during the off-peak tourist season. If you're traveling with children, I'd highly recommend staying close to Universal for easy park access and a good night's rest.

We booked for three people, and the room genuinely came with three separate beds. The pillows were dual-firmness, offering both a soft and a firm side. The bathroom was impressively large and clean, featuring a true three-fixture layout with separate areas for the toilet, shower, and sink. It even included a bathtub and a bathing scoop. The room also thoughtfully provided a sanitizing and deodorizing spray, which was incredibly useful for refreshing our shoes after a long day out. We observed that the hotel was quite popular with Japanese guests.

The hotel is really close to Universal Studios, about a 10-minute walk. Each floor seems to have vending machines for drinks, a microwave for heating food, and an ice machine. The only downside is that they don't provide bottled water, so you have to buy it at the Lawson downstairs. The Lawson is always super crowded, with lines starting at 20 minutes, so remember to buy everything you need at once. We got a room with a sea view, and the night view was pretty good. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bathtub was very clean. Just like in Maruko's house, there's a little stool to sit on while showering, and you can even pour water on yourself, haha.

Traveling with kids, we wanted to avoid rushing and exhaustion, so an overnight stay right next to Universal Studios was absolutely perfect!

While there didn't seem to be any Chinese-speaking staff, the check-in process was handled very warmly, and luggage storage was available. Overall, I was very satisfied.

There's a convenience store right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. Universal Studios is also just a stone's throw away. Though the room was small, it was very well-organized and clean. We stayed in a sea-view room this time, and it was very satisfying. The port is just a short walk downstairs, making boat trips to the aquarium and Ferris wheel extremely convenient.

Facilities: Basic amenities available, with free luggage storage. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Comfortable. Service: Generally good, but staff do not speak Chinese. It's very close to Universal Studios and offers great value for money. There's also a small convenience store downstairs, which makes buying things quite easy.

Excellent hotel! I regret not booking all my Osaka stays here. The front desk service was great, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I visit Osaka in the future.

Overall, it's great. The hotel is conveniently located at an intersection. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. From the window, you can see Universal Studios. While it's a short walk to Universal's main gate, it's only a few minutes across the street. The JR station is also just across the road. Being slightly away from the main shopping street, it's relatively quieter. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs.

The parking staff were absolutely terrible. They watched us get out of our car, and the moment they realized we weren't Japanese, they didn't even bother to direct us, causing us to walk to the wrong entrance. Our chartered car driver had to call out to us as we walked past, telling us that the glass door was the correct way up. That female staff member was completely unresponsive. When we were leaving, the old man was just the same, busy helping Japanese guests with their luggage while completely ignoring us. If they plan to treat non-Japanese guests this way, they shouldn't allow Chinese agencies to book their hotel! The front desk and housekeeping staff were okay, but the parking staff – they were truly something else, and they were Japanese.
