The room was incredibly small; there was no space to move around once a suitcase was opened. The 'double bed' was actually two single beds pushed together. Check-out is at 10 AM, and extending it to 2 PM costs an additional 2000 yen. The location is convenient, making it very easy to get to Shinsaibashi. Luggage storage is free. The front desk service was mediocre – no extra words or smiles.

The location was good, but some places in my room are not clean and full of dust

The hotel claims to be 4 stars. We stayed in 3 stars before. This one doesn't have free coffee, tea, sugar, cream, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, etc. Everything that was in a 3 star hotel. The room was bigger. The smoking area is bad. Very dirty. The last hotel was very clean. I will not come back here. The only plus is the location.

The neighborhood is lively and conveniently close to shopping areas. It was very convenient to have a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese, which made communication seamless. On the downside, it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, taking about ten minutes, which can be inconvenient if you're carrying luggage. Overall, it offers good value for money.

Location of the hotel was great, so close to dotonbori. Size of the room was acceptable, not that small unlike some other hotels. Staff working there was so helpful

It took me about 20mins walk from Namba station with luggage. Not very clean, but great for the price I paid.

Excellent stay! It was super convenient to get to the outlets, and I was so happy to find many great things for my son and husband. I'll definitely be back! The service was top-notch, and the complimentary Pola facial cleanser samples felt very luxurious. Shopping at Daimaru was also incredibly easy.

It’s a good hotel with convenient location,none of staff speak English,and in my room was one more door to nowhere which made me feel insecure as a solo traveler girl ,also they charge me hotel tax which is not mentioned anywhere

The location is great, not far from Namba and within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. The room is a bit small, just enough space for a suitcase. The price is acceptable. P.S. No complimentary bottled water was provided in the room.

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to warn future guests about this hotel. The corridors were so cramped that I couldn't even fully open my suitcase, and two people couldn't walk abreast – but that's not even the main issue. The absolute worst part is the non-existent soundproofing. I could hear every cough from the next room and every footstep in the hallway. The sound of doors opening down the hall or next to me constantly made me jump, thinking it was my own door. I ended up having a sleepless night. In all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I've ever come across a hotel that charges for basic disposable toiletries like toothbrushes.
