Ulasan Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba

Good location and close to metro subway and JR train station. A small supermarket nearby, few minutes away. However, room is relatively small. Limited variety of food for buffet breakfast too.

Small room. Subway entrance no lift. No onsen.

The hotel provides a variety of free amenities. I love the bath salts and makeup remover oil. I also tried the breakfast which I would recommend. The room was a bit small but I guess they were all small in Osaka hotels.

Very small and cramped, had to upgrade to a bigger one but still very claustrophobic

Hotel quite new,location near OCAT ,JR Station, but need to walk 10min or more to main area. but staff is nice

Nice hotel, quite clean, but rooms are small. The safety box had problem but they changed it. Extra hour for checking out has additional cost per hour.

Great location for easy access to all public transits. Room are clean and comfortable, strongly recommend.

The hotel location is very good. It is closed to namba station. The staff are nice and helpful. We will choose this hotel again next time.

Pretty good location, accessible to many train lines and shops. The room size wasn't that big. Could hardly walk with 2 luggages open. The most unsatisfactory thing was the toilet floor material. Not sure how they even clean up toilet "stains" when it's of fabric like material. Bathroom was very spacious. Overall a decent hotel but would not stay there again.

Consider very spacious feels like home , hotel area was peace
