Mostly everything is good, the services, cleanliness and amenities. They even provide simple yet delicious breakfast with reasonable price, and a hotel pyjamas. The only problem is the laundry service, only have 4 unit and always occupied...and need to wait so long to wash, plus that 1 hour wait to unlock the door after it finished washing, I am not sure is this normal 😅😅 Hope the hotel can look into their laundry service, anyway everything is good 👍👍

Location is super strategic — the metro station is literally 2 minutes away, super convenient for exploring the city. Right next to the hotel is AEON Food Style, open 24 hours, so late-night snacks are never a problem Room is clean, comfy, and practical. The buffet breakfast is surprisingly good with plenty of choices — a great start to every morning! Overall, great value and great stay!

I stayed at Via Inn Prime Shinsaibashi Yotsubashi for 3 nights and had a comfortable experience overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Yotsubashi Station (Yotsubashi line and Midosuji line) and close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, which made it convenient for getting around Osaka. The room was clean, modern, and efficiently designed, though a bit compact (as expected in Japan). The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful — including pajamas, toiletries (to collect from front desk area). There’s also an electric kettle and humidifier in the room. There’s also a coin laundry, luggage storage and a buffet breakfast. (¥1760, 6:30-10:00). There’s also a supermarket and McDonald’s right downstairs. Take a coupon from the front desk for additional 5% for your supermarket purchases ! If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced stay in central Osaka, this is a great choice. It’s especially suited for solo travelers or couples who value location and comfort over large space. Staff interaction is minimal because you will be directed to the self check in counter.

This hotel locates near the exit of Yotsubashi station. Just a two-minute walk to both Aeon Supermarket (open 24 hours with tax free services) and McDonald's. Clean room. Free luggage storage service after check-out. This hotel is high recommendeded!
