We loved the location, cleanliness and our room. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

It's super close to Tsuruhashi Station, with plenty of Korean restaurants, drugstores, and a large FamilyMart nearby, so basically everything a traveler needs is available. The room was spacious and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. It was very practical. The receptionist was sometimes absent from the front desk, but it usually takes 5-10 minutes for them to appear. Having a contact method would have been helpful. Google Maps suggests the East Exit, but it's actually not very convenient. The West Exit, on the other hand, is just a two-minute walk across Tsuruhashi Shopping Street.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and the building was new and clean! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Koreatown in Tsuruhashi!

I always book the Connect Hotel when I travel to Osaka. It's a hotel with good accessibility and convenience, and it's a great place to spend a leisurely time, so I always book it.

It's convenient as it's close to the station and a convenience store. The room is spacious and there's a toilet. The bath is shared, so you're lucky if the person who used it before hasn't left it dirty. They also stored my luggage for me before I checked in, which was very helpful. The man at check-in was very kind and helpful.
