Overall, it's quite nice and cozy hotel. There were some dust under the table, but that's not that bad. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was actually nice - it came in boxes and you can even take I with you which is really handy! Personal was friendly. I do recommend staying in this hotel!

Very good service and ambience! There's a lot of restaurants near the hotel.

The biggest thing that I wasn't satisfied with was the condition of the bathroom. The curtain had mold in it, the drains of both the sink and the bathtub were very slow (probably congested), the towels smelled musty and the ventilation both in the bathroom and the room were not cleaned. The room I stayed in was 1005 so I hope if they see this review, they clean it well for the next person

I have never give an negative review in Japan hotel. Firstly, the hotel are not allow customers put their luggage in the hotel lobby which is completely unacceptable and there are no lockers around the hotel. So I and other customers are sitting at the lobby until the check in time at 3pm, when we arrive at around 12pm, there are no staffs available in the hotel. Staffs start working at 1pm and told us lobby are not allowed to put at their counter. Completely wasting customer time. Secondly, there are no room services if you stay under 7 nights. What a stupid policy? I have never experienced so terrible in a Japan hotel.

The location is goos, walking 10.minutes ro Osaka station, walking 5 minutes to street full of restaurant and bars. The reception only woer from 11am, we need to drop the luggage with the cleaninng staff.
