Amazing breakfast spread, located decently close to the metro. staff are helpful. room is clean, toilet is quite spacious. bathtub included.

I absolutely loved the hotel's scent. The toiletries provided were all DHC, and they even gave out complimentary samples upon check-in. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious. There are 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and vending machines conveniently located nearby. It was very quiet, and I slept exceptionally well. The surrounding area is primarily office buildings.

Nice place and very convenient. Near to Metro station. Free Onsen.

The room size was decent, but it felt a bit overpriced. The private hot spring bath on the first floor was a bit cramped. Breakfast was good, with a wider variety than expected, though there was quite a wait to get seated.

The best hotel that I have stayed in Japan so far!!! The exterior of the hotel is so beautiful at night! The amenities are all so good!! Their shampoos, body wash everything is all DHC and all so so so good!!! Their sauna are so relaxing and comforting!! So good to sleep on their bed and it’s clean! Able to ask for free water as always! Did their calligraphy workshop and it’s so nice! The only downside is that you have to walk a bit to the train station which is about 9 minutes and their breakfast weren’t that amazing… it was just normal and a quite salty.. That’s all! Other than that, it’s a perfect hotel!!!! Just a bit costly, but you get what you paid!

Located near train station, staff were friendly and helpful. However room was a little for us as we struggled to open our luggage but will definitely consider this hotel again if I return to Osaka.

The hotel has very nice amenities, and the common areas are clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues. We wish the hotel had clearly informed guests in advance about the no-tattoo policy for the bathing area, as this was not mentioned before booking and came as a surprise. Additionally, while the public areas were spotless, the room itself was disappointing — we found a lot of curly black hairs in the bed, which was quite unfortunate and affected our comfort. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential due to its facilities and staff, but clearer communication and better room cleaning would significantly improve the experience.

Located close to Yodoyabashi station - about a 5-7 mins+ stroll. Check in was ready early for us so we were thankful for that, front office gave us DHC skincare sample sets which are a thoughtful gesture. Amenities wise the hotel also provides options for you to self service at the lobby. They also offer Refa curler/straightener for loan, and you can return them upon check out. The room itself was quite small though which was hard for my partner and I to have our luggages open. However, the bed is very comfortable. Wish that the shower and toilet was separate but still had a comfortable stay. Apart from that the hotel itself is pretty well maintained though if they could do carpet maintanence for the rooms, it’ll look even newer.

Located around 5-10 minutes walk from Yodoyabashi Station, somewhat in the middle of the business district stands the Hotel Resol Trinity Osaka. Yodoyabashi station is a pretty convenient location, as it was minutes away from Osaka-Umeda Station as well as Shinsaibashi and Osaka-Namba station, which were all on the same line which made travelling around a breeze. The ambience and feel of the hotel was very inviting and comfortable. We had booked the Hollywood Twin Room, and it was quite small, but I would rather describe it as cozy, though my only grouse was that the beds were too close to each other, and the lack of space for 2 huge luggages. I do love that although a bit on the small side, they still managed to fit in a nice Japanese bath to soak away the fatigue. Besides that, there was nothing much to complain about, as the beds were comfortable and not overly hard, and the staff were pretty warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a nice variety and were pretty delicious. Overall, a fantastic choice and a definite contender when we next go back to Osaka.

Although the rooms were on the smaller side, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Additionally, the hotel breakfast and free onsen are pretty good.

It’s a beautiful place in a fancy neighbourhood. Great value for money, no doubt  Breakfast is great and you’ll never get such a diversity for the amount you are charged  Beds are comfy, best choice is a a twin room - they place beds together and you get 240 width of a bed Amenities are lovely: from onsen on 1st floor to bath salt one can get for the room’s bath The only issue we had was a coin laundry - didn’t manage to wash the clothes properly, perhaps needed 2-3 cycles instead of 1. Apart from that - great place, would stay there again without a doubt

The hotel is great with a super comfortable onsen that help you relax after a long day haul Definitely one of the best places that I stay while in japan

The room setup was great, and transportation nearby was convenient. Hotel rooms in Japanese cities are typically small, so I can't really complain about that. I was actually thinking of booking here again for my next trip, but then when I checked out... I saw a huge cockroach.....
