The distance of the nearby train station is about 5 mins walk, and is Metro Rail Line, so if u get Osaka metro train pass is so worthy. But the hotel room is quite dusty and smell like old buildings although it is an old building. So hope hotel can take more alert of the cleanliness.. mainly the dust from the door, dry kitchen and window there. But the toilet is new and clean. If you are high demand on cleanliness, then I suggest you may consider others. Overall is ok la.. 🤭

The hotel room gives a bit of retro vibe but certainly in a good way, the stuff was amazing, very helpful and pleasant to communicate with despite of language barrier :)

While it's a bit of a walk from Namba Station, it's a shorter, more convenient walk from Daikokucho. Nearby, there's a Life supermarket open until midnight and a FamilyMart convenience store, which was incredibly convenient. The room was clean, and they offered a good variety of sweet pastries for breakfast. I didn't expect much since it was described as a 'light meal,' but they provided about three different types of pastries, which was surprisingly filling. I was extremely satisfied with this wonderful hotel. I came to visit the Expo, and I'd even consider making it my regular lodging. Female guests received complimentary amenities, which was a lifesaver as I had forgotten my cleansing oil and was planning to buy some at Daikoku Drug. While the room appeared very clean, I did notice some dust and debris between the bed and the wall. I believe that paying attention to these less visible areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.

My husband and I stayed between Jun 16-20. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. It was bigger than I thought as we were able to open 2 checked luggage side by side. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus.

Pleasant surprises all around. The room was quite large, on the 10th floor with views on two sides. There was also basic breakfast included which wasn't advertised. The staff were lovely and my bag was in my room when I came back to check in later after a day of exploring. Am recommending to my friends who are going to Osaka next month!

This hotel is really underrated. The staffs were friendly and helpful and location is superb. Most importantly, it is very clean! Will definitely come back to this if I ever visit Osaka.

Brilliant location - 15/20 minute walk to both Dotonburi and Osaka Tower (Shinsekai) whilst a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station which got us to Nara (deer park) and on to Kobe airport. The room was a little dusty and tired but can't fault the daily attention to detail with fresh towels and dressing gowns made available with an offer to change bedding every day! All the staff we met were so polite and happy to see us whether checking in, coming down for breakfast or going in and out during the day and night! Whilst the hotel is tired in places and could do with some updating aesthetically, everything in the room worked well. The complimentary breakfast including a variety of savoury and sweet pastries as well as yoghurt, tea, coffee and juice! Would definitely stay here again if visiting Osaka as felt on the whole it was brilliant value for money!

The room was great, and having a breakfast buffet in the city center is a real find. Definitely recommend!

The room had all the essentials, but there was a slight musty smell. Also, room 501 and its side face the street, so it was quite noisy at night with motorcycles revving their engines – the soundproofing isn't great. However, the breakfast with bread, milk, drinks, and coffee was excellent. The service was very warm and proactive; they even helped us store our luggage.

Hygiene: Very clean! Environment: Great location, quiet and peaceful. Service: Superb! I arrived early and left my luggage at the hotel, and they even helped bring it to my room when I checked in. The experience was fantastic.

The building itself is a bit dated, but the bathroom has been recently renovated and the cleaning was very thorough. The room comes with a microwave and an induction cooktop. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Though compact, it has everything you could need. Our stay was very comfortable, and the location is fantastic – Namba is within walking distance, and the subway station is very close. Plus, there's a FamilyMart right outside the door, making it incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
