It is located at juso which is very near a metro line but have to get to Osaka if you wanted to go to the main city. The hotel itself is a love hotel but it is very clean and spacious. The breakfast is also provided but there is not drink bar or water provided . Overall it is not a bad choice if you are looking for a place to stay near osaka for a good price

I’m honestly shocked that this hotel has such high ratings. The room smelled bad and was dirty. There was a used hairbrush left on the desk and visible dirt and stains all over the sofa. I was so disappointed that I checked out as soon as the sun came up, even though I had one night left. Definitely not what I expected.

✅ The hotel was nice and clean. ✅ Bed and pillows were really comfortable. ✅ Good location and 5 minute walk to Juso station. 🛑 Lots of other room noises through the night 🤣

10 min walks from metro station; booked last minute for a Easter trip so only can get a smoking room. Have a bit of smells of smoke but they have a air purifier there so it’s gone soon. Not the biggest of single room but ample enough for someone whose trip is just for shopping + crane game for big dolls

I was a bit nervous about the fact that it is a love hotel but honestly i didn't have to because this hotel is pretty good. Location is very convenient, my room was very clean but i didnt fina a soap so that's why i had to buy it in 7-11. And dont't worry, you almost cant't hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

Room can tell is quite old, still using key. No room cleaning service even though stayed for 6 nights. Receptions only able to converse in Japanese. Location was convenient for traveling to town. Overall, ok for traveller who just need a place to sleep.

The location is not the best, but it can be reach without problems. It is in Judo. There are a super market not far away and also have sushi ro. The room is very big and clean. It is highly recommended.

Very old love hotel. Tiny rooms and smells like mold. It's ok if you are staying for only one night

It got what you would need in a Hotel for a stay in Osaka. The Juso station is not far and there is a Lawson on the other side of the street. The rooms are not big but for one person its more than enough.

There was very clean and close to the subway station. And the environment was pretty good. I think the cost performence was the best.

The Hotel is a more traditional style accommodation, where you are basically paying for a room and get a few bonuses thrown in (Ella Bache Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and some other lotions). Whenever you leave the Hotel you're required to hand in your key, which they give you a laminated card to show when you return (most hotels give you a keycard that you take with you during your stay). The reception is available 24/7, but if no-one is at the desk, then you needed to ring the bell, which was responded to promptly and staff were friendly and polite. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee/milk/sugar sachets available, but this was not an option. I really appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer to be able to wash my clothes that was really cheap to use (¥300 for washing machine, ¥100 per 30 minutes for dryer). One thing that I wasn't quite prepared for was knowing the nature of the area that I was staying in, and the clientele of the Hotel (essentially termed a Love Hotel). Whilst this didn't greatly impact my experience, it did result in some additional noises from accompanying rooms.
