Saya menempah hotel ini kerana ia terletak di sebelah terminal bas ocat yang membawa kami terus ke KIX. Terdapat banyak kedai makan berhampiran dan bawah tanah. Ia adalah kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki dari pelbagai tali pinggang membeli-belah seperti shisaibashi, takashimaya. Tiada dobi syiling di hotel.

Although the hotel is close to the JR station and the airport bus station, the hotel facilities are still relatively old, and the sound of the central air conditioning in the room makes it difficult to fall asleep!

Spacious corner room with an excellent view of downtown Osaka. Stay with my parents and we each had our own bed to sleep in and still had space to lounge around. Location wise, it’s a 10 minute walk from the main stations, department stores and touristy places, so it’s a little inconvenient for those traveling with a lot of luggage or elderly.

Very good services. Easy to go there both train and bus. Anyway, took bus from airport definitely convenient for us.

Luggage experience was bad as the hotel did not accept the forward delivery luggage from Monterey Fukuoka on the premise that it has yet to receive payment when we are travelling from Fukuoka to Osaka. hotel Monterey in fukuoka did not want to receive the payment so there is nothing we could do. This cause a one day delay in our luggage as the luggage was not delivered when we arrive at Osaka. We would have expect that the same chain hotel should be flexible to accommodate guest .

our 2nd time and we still love it. especially the Namba walk access to and from the hotel. Supermarket at the basement that opens until 12:00mn

This is the first time I stay in this hotel in Osaka. The hotel location is very good. It is next to Nambo JR Station. In fact it is linked to the JR Station via the underground plaza. It is just next to the OCAT (Osaka City Airport Transport). It will be an excellent choice if you take the airport bus to and from the airport The room space of the hotel is big and there are plenty spaces even two big suitcases are opened. The breakfast is very good and the city view of the restaurant is applauded.

The hotel front desk and all staff members are extremely polite, making the experience very comfortable, so a full score is a must. The hotel's location is convenient, adjacent to a large shopping mall and supermarket, which is highly accessible. The only minor issue is that the television cabinet was a bit dusty and could use better cleaning, but this does not significantly impact the overall satisfaction. In summary, this hotel can be considered an excellent choice. 酒店櫃台及各員工非常有禮, 感覺十分舒服，所以必須要給滿分。酒店坐落位置便利，鄰近大型商城超市, 極具方便。唯一有一個小問題是電視櫃較多塵，應該注意打掃，但不影響整體滿意度。總括而言,這家酒店可謂是上乘之選。

This hotel is located very near Namba metro station–but is still quite a distance depending on the line you come from. It is especially so if you are travelling from Shin-osaka station. The good thing is you can find all sorts of food kiosks and restaurants in the underground mall linking the metro station on the way to the hotel so you never have to fear about not being about to find food. There is also a supermarket downstairs the hotel, as well as Daiso and a local mall. Another plus point is the proximity to Namba and Dotonburi area which is about 200-300m walk from the hotel. The hotel room is quite large with 3 beds, a little oldish, but it has it's charm and the staff are very nice. There are some nice restaurants in the hotel but we did not get a chance to try it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

Travelled with my family to Osaka. Its conveniently beside to OCAT, where the airport bus arrives. It’s walking distance to the busy part of Osaka, and subways. Hotel is clean and posh. Staff are super helpful. View from the room is amazing.

Was amazing view from our room. Location is great just 5 minute walk from Dotonbori street , metro is 5 minute walk. Room is so small)) everyday cleaning wasn’t great unfortunately. Receptionist is super friendly , but they don’t speak English…

Still view this as the best hotel in Osaka aside from being nostalgic to my high school days staying here with my family, it offers a great view of the city as well
