Ulasan City Plaza Osaka

This hotel is located near Osaka castle which makes it very convenient for those seeking to explore the area. It also has access to two different metro lines which are a couple of blocks away. The service is very good and the best part is the access to the hot springs on the top floor.

Amazing onsen with severa baths . Room is very comfortable and spacious for Japanese standards . Check in staff were super friendly and attentive. Location is about 7 minutes to the nearest metro station and there is a 7-eleven just in front of the hotel. Excellent stay and quite near the Osaka castle. It is only two stops from Namba metro station and the neighborhood is very pleasant .

It was a bit of a walk from the train station. The room carpet looked a bit worn out and had stains. The room was a bit squeezed even for one person.

Hotel room is spacious and clean. Also it has very nice natural hot spring spa. will come back for next trip to Osaka

Room was very spacious and decently priced. A bit of a walk to the nearest train station, but was not too bad. Near a police station too which was nice, had a fee konbinis nearby and one right downstairs!

Room was ok, at least not the smallest one you can find in Japan. We can easily up a 28’ luggage with a little space to walk by. The hotel is around 8-10mins walk from the train station, can be quite hot during the summer. Good for people who drive, cos provide a private parking with 172 spaces, and only costs 1000 YEN for one day.

Location a bit far from central but have nice public hot springs bath.

The place is so warmth and super clean. It is also near the train station. The ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing. Plus there's a free hot spring bath as one of their amenities and the water is so calming after a tiring day of walk. The breakfast was also good. Though the selections were limited but it was complete. From coffee, tea, juices and soda UpTo the main courses. I will be back here for sure. Thank you trip.com.

Overall a pleasant stay. The staff at the spa on level 14 were excellent and very hospitable. Viet, the male receptionist at the front counter on level 1 was very helpful, patient and polite.

Reasonable pricing for the location (a bit of a walk) and peaceful environment of the hotel. It would have been great if the gym is not chargeable, which is about JPY 2800 for a one time use. Onsen was great and conveniently located on the top floor with massage chairs. Highly recommended.

Beds are comfortable. There's a family mart downstairs. Onsen is quite good with lots of amenities.

Outstanding service, room is very clean, amenities( lounge wear, sleepers, single packed Q tips, cotton pad and much more) everything I need was there. Sauna is very spacious, indoor and outdoor. Calm and relaxed environment. Definitely I want to recommend and I want to come back. Next time, I am not bring any cosmetic supplies because they prepare for me.

Very convenient location. Easy to access for Namba and Umeda. Moreover, natural hot spring is a bonus!!

Good location. Very good included Onsen, separated by gender (not used to such separation in EU though, so a bit, stupid not to be able to go in with your wife..). Ok breakfast.
