Clean and new hotel. Able to survive an earthquake!!! Room was very spacious and toilet was comfortable as had a separate area for shower, sink and wc. Nice view as we were on the 50th floor. Could see all the way to Osaka Aquarium. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well connected (sheltered) to JR and Chou lines which are linked well to all parts of the city. Many convenience stores and bakeries nearby.

We stayed at Art Hotel for 4 nights and found it to be very clean. One of our rooms offered a stunning view—better than the one we saw from Umeda Sky Building, surprisingly! The hot spring is a must-try activity for anyone staying at this hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The room is clean and there is a family mart nearby for late night snack shopping. However, the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary mineral water. Parking is also charged and the front desk doesn’t help to settle the payment and expect guest to settle the parking bill with cash at the machine upon exit.

Nice city view. The room is tidy and clean. Compare to other hotels in Osaka, this hotel is really good value for the money

It was an amazing stay in the Hotel with an Onsen place right in the same complex. Super convenient as it’s just opposite to a JR station, but do look for the right exit which connect to the hotel with a easy accessible walk over a footbridge - going the bumpy and chaotic way along the street with all our luggages weren’t fun. It’s chic & chill, and with an amazing view! The sunset was nice - I was up before 4:30am to catch it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offers spacious rooms and a convenient location. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area, making it very convenient for us. One of the highlights was enjoying the hot spa which’s nearby hotel. As hotel guests, we received a discount of about one thousand Yen for the entry. The breakfast experience at the sky restaurant on the 51st floor was delightful, with a beautiful view and delicious food. What made the whole experience even better was the great deal we got from Trip for this hotel.

Over all experiences were good but the 51 Buffet breakfast receptionist was not immediate told me that was no table to be served if the customers had no pre-paid coupons for the breakfast, he requested us to wait for him to served the customers who had coupons first and we line up for more than 20 mins and end up he wasn't explained why we needed wait beside the lines until I asked what was happened and he used his google translate to explained there were no table would able to served us, that made me so angry why he didn't let me know immediate, poor english is the major problems in this hotel too.

The room is spacious and staff are quite nice and responsive. However, the items in room are not very clean. Cups are dirty. Toilet has some little smell. We stayed on 24th floor. I wondered why the corridor has no air conditioners 😅so hot while walking through the corridor on that floor.
