Ulasan Tanimachikun Hotel Namba 80

It's our first time staying at this accommodation, with 3 people in 2 rooms. We took a midnight flight and arrived in Osaka at 6am. We felt very tired when we got to Tsutenkaku, as shops and restaurants were not open yet, so we tried to contact the hotel after shopping at Mega Donki. We contacted the hotel on WhatsApp and got an instant reply. They are very friendly and kind to provide us with an early check-in without extra charge. Even during our stay, anything we need like toothpaste/brush, etc could be found on the first floor. The location is just a few minutes walk to the MTR station and 8 mins walk to the airport trainline station. Also, a street away from the local restaurants and 7-11. A very yummy chicken white soup ramen (Ramen Hareruya). In terms of room facilities, the room has everything you need, including hair dryer, kettle, kitchenware, fridge, on-site wash-dry laundry machine. The bathroom has shower area and a small size of bathtub. It allows you to dry your clothes on a moveable pole under the clothing drying system for maximum 8 hrs. But there is still some downsides here. There is no fabric spray in the walk in closet. Only one side of bed lamp is useable that is closest to the wall socket. The space of the kitchen counter is too small to put your groceries. The washing machine area has no place for your to hook your jackets. No full size mirror near the main door area. Even though, I will still love to come back again next time.

Pretty great! The room has a microwave, fridge, and washing machine, and even laundry detergent is provided, which is super convenient. It's also really close to the subway station, about a 3-minute walk; there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby too. It's a great choice for a longer stay.

I was very satisfied with the room. It's just a few steps to the subway station, and there's a convenience store nearby that's also a short walk away. The room has a balcony with a great view near Tsutenkaku Tower! The room was spotless, and the bathtub was very clean. Everyone got a bathrobe. I didn't use the washing machine, but it looked very clean. The room was spacious, with plenty of room for my luggage.

What a great stay if you're looking for a home away from home. It's a stone's throw from the subway, this apartment also boasts several useful features such as a washing machine, large closet space, and seperate toilets.

The guesthouse was quite easy to find and overall very clean. You can even do some simple cooking yourself as it comes with a pot and a fridge. It's really important to note that you'll need to buy chopsticks from a supermarket (when getting instant noodles) or get a pair from a convenience store; they're not provided separately. For a place in the city center, it's quite spacious. It's close to the city center, just two subway stops away, and you can walk to Dotonbori in about half an hour. Nearby, there's a famous yakitori place called Torikizoku and also the Kizu Seafood Market. You can get up early to buy some fresh sashimi there, which is a nice experience. There's also a Life supermarket about a kilometer away, and it's fantastic to go there in the evening when the meat is discounted – perfect for adding to instant noodles!

We stayed about 10 nights and really comfy of the washing machine (and can ask to tefill laundry detergent), room is spacious. If you stay longer than 5 nights, you can ask for room cleaning.

They offer a lot of amenities, but I never got to use the stove since I always ate out. The bathtub was also quite small, so I didn't use that either. The location is pretty convenient, but I couldn't find a place to exchange towels. I stayed for several days and only managed to get fresh ones when a cleaning staff member was tidying the room next door after someone checked out.

Convenient check-in/check-out: Very close to the subway station. Facilities: The king room was spacious enough for a family of three. Service: The self-service luggage storage on the first floor was very convenient. You can see Osaka's iconic Tsutenkaku Tower right from the hotel, and it's only about a 10-minute walk away.

Excellent stay! I loved the freedom of staying in a guesthouse. The room was huge, and I especially enjoyed the walk-in closet. The room environment was great, with fantastic views, and it was super convenient for transportation – the subway station was just a few dozen meters away. Next time I visit, I'll definitely prioritize staying in a guesthouse like this again.

Very nice place to stay, area is a little further from the main attractions but still a great area, very peaceful. The room amenities are very new and well kept, having a washer and dryer (all-in-one) was very pleasant

The hotel was smaller than I expected, but it made up for it with a well-designed bathroom, shower, and separate washing/laundry area. It even had a microwave and a washing machine. However, I stayed for four days and was unsure how to dispose of the trash. Also, there were very few power outlets, and their placement was inconvenient (none by the bed), so I'd recommend bringing your own power strip. P.S. The room was a bit small, and the air conditioner's placement was odd – it seemed to blow directly on you no matter where you were. 😓😂 Oh, and the room door had a traditional key lock. I spent ages trying to figure out how to open it until a neighbor passed by and showed me (turn it halfway to the left, then push hard on the door).

This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.   The location couldn’t be better: just 5 minutes from the subway and 10 minutes from the JR lines, with convenience stores and markets right nearby. Highly recommended for both convenience and quality, and I’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel offers great value for money, at 300 a night, it's definitely recommended. However, if I have a more generous budget next time, I'd still prefer to stay in a regular hotel. Here are the specifics: **Cleanliness:** Overall, it's clean, but the bedding was just so-so. I had a bit of an allergic reaction on the first day. Also, since it's an apartment, you can get fresh towels, but you have to take out your own trash. **Facilities:** It has everything you need, including a fridge and a washing machine (with a dryer!), which were excellent. **Location:** It's located on an inner street, making transportation very convenient. However, for dining and shopping, you'll need to go to Namba. **Service:** I emailed them with a question and received a very quick response.
