The hotel made a great first impression — everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was super convenient, with the subway station just a short walk away, making it easy to go shopping in Umeda.

The cleanliness was a major letdown. There was a surprising amount of dust everywhere. I typically like to do a quick wipe-down upon checking into a room, and I found thick layers of dust on the headboard, TV stand, and even the electric kettle's base. The photo I took was actually after I'd already started cleaning. Guests are also required to wear slippers inside the room. The front desk service was generally good, with one significant exception. There was a female staff member whose attitude changed noticeably. She'd seem pleasant when speaking to me, but her demeanor would instantly shift. I distinctly felt she was unfriendly towards Chinese guests, particularly when observing her interactions with Westerners nearby. I suppose I should 'thank' her for not overtly giving Chinese people the cold shoulder. The location, however, is extremely convenient. It's right outside Exit 5A of Higobashi Station. A Lawson convenience store is directly across from the hotel, and a 7-Eleven is also close by. This means you don't need to bother with hotel breakfast, as convenience stores have you covered. Plus, there's a Matsuya restaurant directly opposite the subway exit, just about a 20-meter walk from the hotel.

## Facilities The rooms were very clean and featured a practical entryway where shoes could be placed. The separate toilet and bathroom were a big plus for convenience. On the 8th floor, there's a common area equipped with washing machines, vending machines, a microwave, and a smoking room – all of which were incredibly handy. ## Cleanliness Spotlessly clean throughout. ## Location Excellent location, very close to Umeda. There's a Lawson convenience store directly across the street and a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away. The Higobashi subway station is incredibly accessible, literally a 30-second walk to the left from the hotel entrance. Getting to Umeda by taxi is also affordable, costing around 1000 JPY. ## Service The front desk staff were excellent. We were particularly grateful that one of the Japanese staff members spoke Chinese. They were consistently friendly, always greeting us warmly whenever we entered or left the hotel.

We were two families of three and booked two rooms, each fitted with three beds, allowing for a very comfortable sleep. The soundproofing was excellent. The subway station is conveniently located just a left turn from the hotel entrance, making it very easy to reach various attractions. The Japanese hospitality was exceptionally attentive, offering thoughtful touches like complimentary toiletries for female guests and free coffee. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Osaka.

The transportation here is incredibly convenient! It's super close to Higobashi Station – just turn left downstairs and you're right there! Getting around to anywhere is a breeze. The staff were really welcoming. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and even though we couldn't check in yet, they kindly let us store our luggage. To our pleasant surprise, when we returned in the evening, our bags had already been placed in our room. We just had to grab our room key and head straight upstairs. I can't quite tell if it was the shampoo, the shower head, or the hairdryer, but my bleached hair felt so soft and smooth afterward. My only minor complaint is that the air conditioning was incredibly powerful 🥶

The room is big and the bed is super king size though a bit soft. Room is clean & location is close to several train lines. Check in & out is easy. Overall satisfactory.

Great locations! Close to subway entrance with a convenient store right in front of the hotel.

Location is good near subway station and convenient to travel in Osaka. However, the breakfast was not buffet style and only served upon order. The selection of the breakfast menu was limited, with mainly western sets, which were not suitable for us as we were looking more for Japanese breakfast experience. The management might want to address this issue. Given the price point and breakfast, we will not consider this hotel if we return to Osaka

Beds were sooo comfortable!

Things that really put this hotel in my to-stay list. 1. Hotel is well positioned in-between 2 train stations(nearest is Higobashi) 2. Hotel is located in the CBD area which makes it quiet and generally safer 3. Restaurants nearby are generally affordable and there's a variety! Though, The level 8 laundry room could use a consistent air freshener as it collects smell from the food that's microwaved.

Staff are very helpful. Lawson nearby closes at 10pm. Overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Location is good. Opp is Lawson. Near exit station. Hotel lobby has coffee machine. Ice machine and washing machine on level 8. Room size is big. Love the shower head. 2 pillows per pax.

This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room appeared updated and modern. It had everything I felt I needed for the trip. The location was great as it was next to and near many of the stations. It was also across the street from multiple stores and convenience stores. My only concern was that there was only one elevator to move between the floors. I did not have to wait excessively long though. I would recommend this hotel and would use it again in the future.

Huge bed and cool shower! Lobby staff are also very accommodating and friendly😊 Higobashi station right beside the hotel, Yodoyabashi station around 10 minutes walk away!
