4/5BagusIt is located exactly opposite Dotonburi Glico sign. Sandwiched by an abundance of shopping & food streets, a great steal at this price for its location ! Staffs were rather proficient in communicating with English. Only thing was that the room walls seemed a little dated (dark yellow patches) and beddings were a little dusty. Otherwise a perfect place to stay !

4.5/5Sangat BaikThis is the design hotel in Osaka that I’ve fell in love ❤️ The location quite far from the station that I use to travelled from KIX (Namba station) but that’s fine because I normally use the taxi. But it surrounded by the brandname shop along the road and very convenient by walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street and also Kuromon fish market. The staffs is friendly and helpful but can’t ask for the complimentary of early check in and late check out without pay. Totally I will give 9.0 points to this hotel and I will back there for sure if I go to Osaka again.

5/5TerbaikThis is a very very new hotel. Beddings are as good a five stars, but the pillows are not comfortable. Room is spacious and location is super strategic, definitely a top choice hotel to stay. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel business is so so good, the hotel lobby is flooded with guests day and night. Check in and check out process is fast efficient and smooth, even though busy with guests. Amenities provided are good quality. And free flow to get from the reception area. I will definitely come bak to stay in this hotel again.

Room quite big, suit for our needed. Interior design is fantastic and modern. Bathroom to small and always making floor wet. Cleaning staffs are underperformed, used cup not washed. Very disappointed. Also management only provide 2 bottles drinking water on the 1st day. And they said later when we asked its a welcome drink. Next day there are no more in our room.
