Hotel berhampiran Minatomachi River Place, Osaka

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

部屋はとても綺麗で駅も近く便利な場所にありました！ ２泊３日の宿泊でしたが、部屋に1日分のタオルしか準備されていなくて、困りました。チェックインの際にフロントスタッフのひと声あれば、よかったなぁと思います。あと歯磨き粉の味が不味いです(細かいですが…)

Everything is fine but no TV😟. It’s very near from metro station 天下茶屋站 or 花園町站 as well as there’s supermarket and Lawson nearby.

Hotel ini besar dan luas. - Daftar masuk daftar keluar Anda boleh melakukannya sendiri di mesin. - Perkhidmatan simpanan bagasi disediakan dengan menghubungi kakitangan. - Bilik yang ditempah adalah 2 katil single biasa, tetapi telah dinaik taraf kepada bilik besar dengan ruang sofa untuk berehat. Beg besar 29 inci, 2 boleh dibentangkan dengan selesa, selebihnya lebar di sisi. - Bilik air bersaiz baik Tab mandi tidaklah kecil. - Kelemahan yang dihadapi ialah penghawa dingin tidak boleh dilaraskan. Ketika saya pergi berehat, cuaca di Kyoto sudah mula panas. Tak boleh adjust aircond jadi sejuk. Ia seolah-olah dikawal oleh kerajaan pusat. Panas sangat sampai tak boleh tidur. - Perkara lain ialah Dengan lokasi bersebelahan jalan Kadang-kadang anda boleh mendengar bunyi kereta memandu di jalan raya. Kadang-kadang terdengar bunyi motosikal membelok. Saya terkejut ＞＜

We love staying here so much. The hotel is closed to everything: 3 mins walk to Kyoto station, next to Yodobashi dep. which you can do shopping and find so many restaurants on 6 floor. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. The hotel room is so clean, wide and hygienic. You can pick hotel amenities by yourself next to the receptionist counter. I’ll come back staying here again for sure.

地點比較難找，也沒有附設泊車位，但附近也有很多付費的停車場，附近也有超級市場。 屋內十分乾淨，有需要的物品也可以問他們取。

Sentiasa menikmati penginapan yang menakjubkan di rangkaian hotel Tokyu Stay Menyukai lokasi Tokyu Stay Kyoto Sakaiza (kawasan Shijo Kawaramachi), ia terletak di tengah-tengah pusat bandar Kyoto dan dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Pasar Gion dan Nishiki untuk bilik double deluxe (boleh memuatkan 2 beg pakaian terbuka tanpa masalah), dan saya sangat menyukai mesin basuh+pengering 2-dalam-1 dalam bilik Setiap muatan mengambil masa sekurang-kurangnya 3.5-4 jam untuk menyelesaikan keseluruhan kitaran daripada mencuci dan mengeringkan. Terima kasih banyak atas layanan, pasti akan menginap lagi. Saya menginap di sini semasa perjalanan 2 hari saya ke Kyoto Lokasinya sangat bagus. Hotel ini baru sahaja dibina. Terdapat bar minuman layan diri di tingkat pertama, dan anda juga boleh mengambil bekalan. Bilik ini dilengkapi dengan mesin basuh dan pengeringan, ketuhar gelombang mikro, periuk, pinggan dan kutleri Anda juga boleh meminjam pisau dari kaunter.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional design and comfort your property offers. Kengo Kuma’s architectural brilliance, with its use of natural wood, thoughtful lighting, and integration of art pieces, creates a stunning and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the comfort of the rooms, the quality of the materials, the size of the beds, and the premium linens were truly impressive. In terms of design and comfort, your hotel sets a remarkable standard. However, I did encounter several service-related issues that I believe could be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. I would like to share these points in the hope that they are helpful for future improvements: 1. Breakfast Lounge and Sushi Area: The proximity of these two areas creates a strong odor upon entering, which can be unpleasant. Improved ventilation could easily mitigate this issue. 2. Food and Beverage Service After Breakfast: The lack of food and beverage service after breakfast hours was inconvenient. At the very least, providing a space for guests to enjoy tea or coffee would be a welcome addition. 3. Room Service Availability: After a long journey, I was surprised to learn that room service was unavailable and that only rice balls could be provided. Expanding room service options would greatly improve the guest experience. 4. Flexibility with Breakfast Hours: Due to the time difference, I arrived slightly late for breakfast at 10:10 AM and was informed that nothing could be served. Even my request for tea did not receive a clear response. Greater flexibility in accommodating guests dealing with jet lag would be highly appreciated. 5. Lobby Services: The inability to offer anything to drink or even host a guest in the lobby felt restrictive. This could be improved to make the lobby a more welcoming space. 6. Spa Experience: I was unable to experience the renowned Banyan Tree spa as it was fully booked. Expanding spa reservation availability would help meet guest expectations for this signature offering. In summary, while the hotel excels in design and comfort, the service offerings seem to be constrained by rigid rules and limited hours, which can detract from the overall guest experience. I strongly believe that adopting a more flexible, guest-centered approach would significantly enhance satisfaction. If the above issues were addressed, I would certainly consider staying at your hotel again during my next visit to Kyoto.
