The hotel is right next to the Namba Parks Shopping mall. For those who opted to use the Nankai Rapid Train can reach the hotel within an hour from the KIX station, if the queue for buying the train tickets is not too long. From train station, it was simply a 5 to 10min max if with big luggage. Around 10 walk to the nearest Namba Metro Station, or 15 min if you choose to use the Hanshin train line for Kobe or Kintetsu line for Nara as the two train lines shared a common station. The room is spacious for Japanese standards but could be bigger in reality for two people to open both luggages at the same time. It’s good that they have designed the toilet area into three separate spaces, so each space can be utilise by a person at a time without crossing the other’s path. Overall, well recommended for everyone who wants to stay in Namba area, and the staff checking in and out for us was the same person with a super nice and welcoming attitude. Such a good memory to remember.

Superb location, and located just above the Nankai Namba station, accessible to most rail lines from the underground. Rooms were considered big for a Japan hotel and service were excellent. Staff were highly professional, friendly and reliable. However, to note that if you wish to use the spa facilities (hot bath and sauna), you will need to get at least a Swiss Select room or higher (executive, suite etc). Otherwise, will need to pay 2200 yen per pax/day for use of the spa facilities. (Suggest for hotel to consider to put the information on their website). For breakfast, we were given an option to buy the breakfast at 20% discount, but will need to book 1 day in advance from hotel lobby. Truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel provided pick up from the airport but we did not use this as we came from Nagoya. Getting to the hotel is not difficult as you will be able to see the hotel once you reached Shin-Imamiya station. Just that if you have luggages, use the East exit as there is an elevator. THe hotel provides a number of activities including walking tours as well as the PikaPika event in the evenings where they served free sushi and beers. It is quite a nice experience sitting outside and experiencing the cool air while having your sushi and beer. They also provided free shuttle to Universal Studio Japan but as we did not make our reservations earlier, we did not managed to use this service. Size of the room is not as big as we wished for but it is comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to Shinsekai where you can find lots of eateries. There are also many convenient stores around the area. Service staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

Choose this hotel because station Nankai Express to Kansai Airport is just right in front of hotel, which make dragging of large luggages was so convenient. Surrounding of hotels (like just next to hotels) has many foods like McD and others; as well as Takashimaya and other department stores at Namba station. Though room is small (Queen size bed) but luggage can be store under the bed. Complete toiletries (except no face mask like Hotel Sunroute Shinjuku) but they hv foot massager. Safety box not working for the room. Definable will stay here again.

I stayed here recently during my 5 days and 4 nights stay in Osaka and i had a great time. First and foremost, the location was superb! It’s accessible as it’s an interchange with so many different lines available. We took the nankai express train from Kansai internation airport to namba and its just around 3min walk to this hotel. Walking distance to dotonbori and the shopping district! The staff were so nice when we checked in and he was fluent in English! They also gave us free breakfast and i think they also upgraded us coz i booked the room without bathtub but we got a nice bathtub where u can soak your sore muscles after a full day of walk! The room spacious and its safe as aside from access card, it got 2 other secured lock as well. Btw, a family mart is just right outside the hotel as well and 3 other restaurants! So overall, i really enjoyed my stay here! So would highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit osaka😊

Nuestra prioridad era conseguir un Hotel de precio accesible y cercano a la estación de Namba para tener transporte al aeropuerto y asimismo estar cerca de atracciones como Namba Parks,Ebisu Bashi-Suji Shopping Street, Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street en Dotombori, todo éste recorrido hemos podido realizarlo a pie y siguiendo las indicaciones que con amabilidad y precisión nos dió Takeshi el manager. El Hotel ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas, pero lo mejor ha sido su Excelente trato, te hacen sentir en casa con su amabilidad y atenciones. Nuestro vuelo partía muy temprano y el Sr. Takeshi ha estado pendiente para llamar y despertarnos. Asimismo ha tenido el gran detalle de prepararnos café. Muchas gracias y saludos cordiales. Disfruta de Grampus Inn Osaka porque: ¡La VIDA...es un VIAJE!

Mengingat harga ini, saya rasa ia adalah perkhidmatan yang memuaskan. Terutama surat-menyurat orang di meja depan sangat indah. Apa yang saya tidak berpuas hati adalah bahawa pakaian tidak terlalu kering ketika saya menggunakan pengering dobi duit syiling. Sekiranya peti sejuk tidak mempunyai peti sejuk, saya rasa tidak perlu menyimpannya di dalam bilik. Tab mandi juga terasa sedikit sempit.

We enjoyed our stay very much. From room to breakfast to helpful staff. One the receptionist named MJ is polite and helpful. The room is spacious with air-condition in every room and you also can set the room condition like warm/dry in the bathroom. There is a microwave in the room and make things so convenient. Only down side is the location, if you do not mind walking 8-10 mins with your luggage then that should not be any problem. Not to mention that 7-11 just right opposite the hotel. We just hope we stayed longer in this hotel. We will stay here again if travel to Osaka next time.

事前にサイトの方でホテルの清掃があまいってクチコミを見掛けていたから覚悟はしていたけど、ほんとに掃除があまかった。 多少のホコリならまぁ、我慢するか…ってつもりだったけど、流石に浴槽に髪の毛は生理的に無理で辛かった。入ってすぐに気づく場所だったもの…。 そこ以外は許容範囲内でした。 フロントの方も対応丁寧だったし到着したのは夜中でしたが、きちんと受付してくれて助かりました。 あ、でもアメニティが部屋にないのも受付の時に聞いてなかったので部屋に入ってから困ったかな。自前のでなんとかしたけどそこは教えてほしかったかも。

The room was very nice. Staff also helpful and warm welcome. The location is about 6 minutes walk from Namba station. I love the amenities. I love the style of decoration. Room is more spacious compare to Japanese standard room type. Bed, Pillow and Blanket were superb. Wanna take home all.

Sangat dekat dengan Stesen Nankai Namba~ Ia agak mudah untuk membawa bagasi. Cuma bilik air tu kecik sikit~ Jika penutup katil boleh ditukar warna, ia mungkin tidak kelihatan begitu lama. Sarapan adalah percuma, tetapi sayang untuk makan perkara yang sama selama empat hari berturut-turut💦
