The location is really good with access to a lot of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, etc. The staff was really friendly and answered any questions or requests we had. I was also surprised at how thorough and spotless the room cleaning service was! The building was a bit noisy at the time because of the construction around us, but I would definitely recommend this place for traveling!

Walking distance to Dotonbori, if you don't mind walking instead taking trains (1 stop away!) Hotel very convenient with trains and near with 7eleven and Family Mart. Staffs super helpful when I'm need for my luggage matters even in language barrier. Definitely will come back to the same hotel, in future planning for Osaka Trip.

i highly recommend this place for a number of reasons: 1. location: this is one the best budget hotels if you are coming from kansai. take the train feom airport and as soon as you get off at namba, take exit namba and you right at the doorsteps of the hotel. its walking distance to shinaibashi/dotonbori/glico sign, river cruise. 2. amenities: they have ice machine, vending machine, microwave, coin-operated laundry and workspace. my daughter has language classes and she was able to study here even after we have checked out. check in/check out using the machine which is very fast. there is family mart downstairs. they have free toiletries for guests so no need to buy toothbrush etc. 3.staff: very pleasant and helpful. as for the room yes its small but the double room with two beds is comfortable. on our third night we had to transfer to a smaller room which was small but its common in budget hotels in japan. sotetsu is a hotel that we have also stayed in in korea and we are always happy with our stay in their hotels.

The rooms are tiny but sufficient for rest. The bed was really comfy and glad that we had the option to ask for an extra pillow. Otherwise, the pillows provided were too soft and flat. The location of the hotel made going to Kyoto really convenient via the Keihan line. B1 gives you direct access to the train station. Enjoyed our stay very.
