YYuexin IrisBefore my trip, I was torn between the InterContinental, W Hotel, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, and The Park Hyatt, but I ended up choosing the InterContinental, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel upgraded my room, and both the view and the size were fantastic.
The hotel's location is impeccable, right above Grand Front Osaka. Stepping out, you're immediately surrounded by major shopping malls like Hankyu, Daimaru, Yodobashi Camera, Lucua, and Lucua 1100, all connected by walkways. From gourmet food to shopping and trendy brands, it was incredibly convenient.
Having such a spacious room in Japan is a rarity. Our upgraded room must have been nearly 100 square meters – incredibly roomy and practical, complete with an oven, induction cooktop, and a double-door refrigerator. The bathroom featured a bathtub and Byredo amenities; a soak with the hotel-provided bath salts instantly melted away the day's fatigue.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, including Japanese cold dishes, Oden, and Western desserts, all with meticulous attention to detail. From the concierge to the front desk, every staff member demonstrated professionalism. At check-out, they even proactively helped load our luggage into the car and confirmed the address with the driver in Japanese. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese.
The only minor drawback was a noticeable smell of disinfectant when returning to the room each day, but it didn't detract from the overall experience at all. Whether it's for shopping, comfort, or service details, this hotel will definitely be my choice again on my next visit to Osaka!

TTraveler JI stayed at Via Inn Prime Shinsaibashi Yotsubashi for 3 nights and had a comfortable experience overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Yotsubashi Station (Yotsubashi line and Midosuji line) and close to Shinsaibashi shopping street, which made it convenient for getting around Osaka.
The room was clean, modern, and efficiently designed, though a bit compact (as expected in Japan). The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful — including pajamas, toiletries (to collect from front desk area). There’s also an electric kettle and humidifier in the room.
There’s also a coin laundry, luggage storage and a buffet breakfast. (¥1760, 6:30-10:00). There’s also a supermarket and McDonald’s right downstairs. Take a coupon from the front desk for additional 5% for your supermarket purchases !
If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced stay in central Osaka, this is a great choice. It’s especially suited for solo travelers or couples who value location and comfort over large space.
Staff interaction is minimal because you will be directed to the self check in counter.

Facilities: All the essentials are provided. The room is spacious enough to open several suitcases at once, which is a big plus. The beds can also be pushed together.

The location is perfect — just a 3-minute walk to the park, with a Starbucks and Lawson right outside and plenty of dining options nearby. Although it was crowded due to summer holidays, the hotel had everything we needed and is ideal for families with young children. The room was very clean, with no unpleasant odors or smoke smell. There are also washing machines, dryers, water dispensers, and an ice machine available. Staying at a hotel so close to the park made our trip truly enjoyable!

GGuest UserLocation was great, just in front of the hotel are 2 train stations including the big Namba station, and just across the road is Kuromon Market, only 5 min walk to Dotonburi and 20 min walk to Shinsaibashi.
However, I think the hotel and room is lacking in some details and can be improved in many areas - e.g. the lobby is very small & only has 3 chairs for guests to sit, consider expanding it to have more seating area for the elderly.
The beds are not very comfy, my mum had a backache after sleeping on them.. and there is only 1 pillow.
Also, the clothes hanging rods doesn't make sense, consider making them side by side instead of one on top of another. There can also be more hanging racks/rods on the walls or inside the bathroom since it's so big.
Please consider providing a luggage rack for guests who can't bend down to the floor easily.

You can take the Haruka Limited Express from Kansai Airport directly to the hotel, and it's also a direct ride to Shinsaibashi, Tennoji, and Kyoto. What I loved most is that after visiting different attractions, the hotel is right there – no need to even go outside, as it's directly connected to Osaka Station. Downstairs, there's a Don Quijote, and nearby you'll find Lucua, Hankyu, and Daimaru department stores. There's a 7-Eleven right on the ground floor, and the station itself has plenty of fast-food options. We tried many places and didn't have a single bad meal; we just picked places randomly. Since we had a child, we couldn't go to restaurants we'd planned, as kids get hungry waiting too long. Eating downstairs was so easy. The conveyor belt sushi, udon, and a grilled beef set meal place were all excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. There are also vending machines and smoking rooms on every floor. I found it incredibly convenient, and my child enjoyed the stay. The room wasn't particularly small and had enough space for luggage. The amenities were also perfectly fine. I would say quite convenient to the nearest station - sakaisuji Hommachi. But need to change to another line for main places like Osaka / dotonbori.
Overall would come back!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Tenkachaya Station. There are many convenience stores nearby, as well as McDonald's, Muji, and Fujiya cake shops. Tenkachaya Station provides convenient access to both the Osaka Metro and Nankai Line, offering a direct route from Kansai Airport without any transfers. Additionally, there's Izumiya Supermarket, perfect for picking up local specialties. I even walked to Tennoji from here! The place is also incredibly clean and well-equipped. It offers exceptional value for money. I truly hope they maintain this level of cleanliness and hygiene; I'll definitely be back!

BBaicuicuiFacilities: The twin room was quite standard. While not overly spacious, it had all the essential amenities: a fridge, safe, wardrobe, etc.
Cleanliness: I found it to be very clean. I checked the bedding carefully, and it all seemed freshly changed with no stains. Staff cleaned the room daily without needing any special instructions or reminders, typically between 10 AM and 2 PM. I was very pleased with this! ✧٩(ˊωˋ*)و✧
Environment: Satisfied! I was assigned a high-floor room, which wasn't very noisy, and it was quiet during the day. Since it's close to Shinsaibashi, there are quite a few nightclubs nearby, so there was some ambient noise at night, but it was negligible, and I slept well. (On some nights during my stay, I could hear ambulances, which might be related to the surrounding businesses.) For shopping, this location is incredibly convenient; Shinsaibashi and Namba are just a short walk away. The night views nearby are also quite unique, and I occasionally saw other foreigners jogging in the mornings.
Service: Both check-in and check-out were handled meticulously and politely. You could tell there's a standardized process in place. Very satisfactory.
Overall, 5-star rating! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Osaka.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is near the main street and not far from Lawson and 7-11. Also, the services are great. The prices are reasonable. There are free drinks in the morning, you can choose the apple juice or tea, you also can take the bakery down stair with you 1-2 pieces/per person in each day.
