Conclusion I will never stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka again. The room was the smallest I have ever been at and part of the window was blocked by a wall outside the room. The check in and check out was chaos with a huge queue. The hotel is outdated too. The only positive thing regarding this hotel is the club lounge. Review I arrived with the Shinkassen at Osaka station and the hotel is in walking distance from station. The train station is huge, and I was difficult to find the right exit. The hotel is located in a business area, but there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Not the right area, if you are a turist. I arrived at 2 pm, where I could not get me room even I am an IHG diamond member. Came back after a couple of hours, where there was a huge queue. Check-in took between 45-60 min. It was the same situation, when I should check out. It is not possible to check out in the IHG app. Even I have the highest status in the IHG program, I got the smallest room in the hotel. It was not possible to open my suitcase in the room - i don’t want it on the bed. The window was partly blocked by wall outside the window. The room is very outdated. I had access to the club lounge, where I had a couple of drinks during the evening and breakfast in the morning. The lounges was ok but it was busy.

Cool concept, relaxing space, with plenty of amenities, as seen on pictures. The staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious, big comfortable bed, a space to sit and read or watch TV (AppleTV). Plenty of in room amenities to make the stay more comfortable - free bottles of water added daily to room. The hotel is close to convenience shops and burger restaurants, and exits that link to Umeda station and shopping area. On TV the hotel has a digital guide to the local area with recommendation on activities and food/drinks recommendations worth exploring. An excellent hotel/area to stay in if you don't want to stay in the city centre but easily commutable, approx 20 mins.

Hotel baru dibuka pada bulan Mac 2021. Michelin Guide 2021 Menerima 2 bintang. Terletak hanya di tengah jalan antara Stesen Yodoyabashi dan Hommachi di Laluan Bawah Tanah Midosuji. Akses yang mudah ke mana sahaja di bandar Osaka. Lobi terletak di tingkat 15, dan anda tidak boleh masuk terus ke bilik tetamu dengan lif, jadi keselamatannya sempurna. Tidak ada masalah dengan jarak sosial di lobi yang besar. Bilik-biliknya luas dan tempat tidurnya agak lembut, yang merupakan keselesaan tidur kegemaran saya. The location is a short walk from the subway. The room is nice but quite smalll and narrow with no cabinet. Coffee machine is great to have but mini bar is empty. Overall a nice stay however on the last night I asked for a simple breakfast as we planned to leave early. I was told this was impossible to arrange. Really?

My husband and I opted for an overnight stay at this hotel due to its convenient proximity to the American Embassy, where we had a visa interview scheduled for the next day. As a practical and well-equipped business hotel, it offered all the essential amenities. The staff displayed exceptional kindness and patience, with fluent English spoken by at least the check-in personnel. One highlight worth mentioning is the delightful breakfast experience. For the breakfast menu, one could choose to have a Japanese and Western style. 😄

The room is relatively small for 2 people but I wouldn’t say it’s too small. It’s enough if you didn’t have too many luggages. The onsen(hot spring) is artificial but surprisingly nice. You can feel your skin become smoother after the bath. They have a pillow bar if the regular one doen’t suit you which is surprisingly thoughtful. They have basically all kinds of amenity such as curling iron or razors etc. Nice location. They even have a washing machine in the lady’s changing room for female only. Nice experience. The hot spring is definitely worth the price.

位置：大家第一次來要注意看一下地址，第一次導航去了另一家也是名字為Hotel Cordia的酒店應該是分店。位置靠近肥後橋地鐵站對於出行來說真的非常方便，不管去哪或者回去找到Y線坐就行～ 其次這個附近有非常多的好吃的，你衹要找到一家坐了很多人的店就說明這個店味道肯定不差。這個附近有711、羅森也很方便 服務：辦理入住很快，前台會說英文，態度都非常的好～ 房間：相比於在東京住的，房間很大。門口還有掛衣服的地方，洗過的衣服放在那一天也差不多半幹了。床真的超軟～2.4米的大床躺進去就睡著了～ 房間也很隔音～但是窗外偶爾會有摩托車聲音是沒有辦法避免的。 房間配有冷藏的冰箱很方便儲存一下冷飲～ 另外推薦酒店斜對麪有一家大阪燒店，應該是大阪燒吧可以看下麪的圖片～味道真不戳！

Very good location, just a stone’s throw away from two exits of Yodoyabashi station, in which one has elevator access. Family mart and supermarket nearby too.
