Ulasan Comfort Hotel Grand Central

Room is huge, high ceiling with good sound proofing. Excellent location. Sofa bed is terrible with its mattress sank deep in between. Room has no cup or glass. NO daily housekeeping on the pretext of sustainability(refer to photo) NO wifi in the room, router located outside the room, unable to reach the room NO laundry room in the hotel but has an ironing room??!! Was told to go to the sister hotel to wash there. There was only one mini washing machine and a mini dryer, enough to put 2 jeans and two shirts. Restaurant is very small, breakfast is always cramped with people.

Very helpful reception staff, super location next to the central train station and opposite the new Opera House, Munch Museet and Library. Walk straight up very popular Karl Johann Gate to Cathedral, Palace, Historic  Museet, and where the HopOn HopOff bus starts. Room was super sparse but comfortable and warm (in late November) and everything works well. Long series of corridors to our room, but no problem. You will need the walk after the most amazing hotel breakfast managed by brilliant, happy staff; every breakfast option you could want … There is a well-equipped gym, and the hotel connects directly with a shopping-food hall into one end of the Central Station. We were very happy with the value for money, quality, location and service.

The location is superb, connected to the train station. The room size is ok and comfortable for 2 nights stay. Breakfast spread is adequate but same food was served. Gym with free weights. No free coffee, compared to other hotels in Norway. Laundry washing is available in sister hotel, with a fee.

The hotel is located near the Olivia and Bambina Italian Restaurant , if you follow the visitor information counter sign at the station , the hotel is located opposite the counter. Very strategic location for taking any public transport.

The hotel located in the best location. Can enter by inside after Central station. Lots of convenience store around the hotel. Very closed to the walking Street. The room quite big but less of amenities.

The location is the best in the city. Their breakfast is also great.

Simple and clean hotel. It's location within station, making it very convenient if you are taking trains from airport or to other city. Front desk and restaurants staffs are very helpful .

Good location and close to main attractions. Can walk from the main station to the hotel without going out of the station

Very minimal amenities provided inside the hotel room.  Need to approach front office for kettle and storing food in fridge.

Super convenient location, right in the train station and city center. Clean and the breakfast was delicious.

The room is clean, breakfast is very good with wide choices available. The service staff is friendly, hard working, and replenishes the food expeditiously. Receptionist is helpful and friendly. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Recommend if you have early train to catch.

Excellent location. Inside train station. Walking distance to many tourist sites. No electric kettle but can get hot water downstairs. Bed needs upgrading.

The facilities are a bit dated, but the location is excellent.
