Beceren Hotel

Beceren is truly an established hotel with a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. The staff's courtesy added to the relaxing atmosphere, making our stay memorable. The food was outstanding, and a special shout-out to Ferit Bey for excellent service – a delightful touch to our experience. Beceren gerçekten köklü bir otel, profesyonel ama samimi personeli ve rahatlatıcı atmosferi dikkatimizi çekti. Yemekler harikaydı. Özellikle bize mükemmel hizmet sunan Ferit Bey'le sohbet etmek çok güzeldi. Çok fazla kar olmayan zamanda geldiğimiz için valtin çoğunu otelde geçirdik ve dinlendirici ve sakindi.

I just spent 3 nights at Beceren Hotel in Uludag. I came all the way from Beirut for a ski trip and it was just perfect. Before we even arrive, the staff was super helpful and answering all questions concerning the transfer, the ski rentals and ski passes, the weather, the slopes… The hotel is very cozy. The food was very decent and diverse. My sister is vegetarian, and we both found many options in the buffet every day. Everyone was very helpful offering us tea, hot chocolate all the time. Finally, we were supposed to stay 4 nights but for some reason we had to leave one night before. We had paid for the whole stay, and still the manager was kind enough to reimburse the last night even at short notice. No one else would have done it. Thank you Beceren for this great experience. We are looking forward to coming back and to sending our friends to you.
