Otelde geçen yılda kaldığımızdan tercih ettik. Divan klasiklerinde olduğu gibi temiz düzenli ve hizmet kalitesi ***et iyi. Yemeklerde kalite söz konusu

Vasat vasat vasat Antalya'dan cenaze için gelmiştim. Telefonla rez. Yaptırdım 3 yetişkin 1 bebek. Geldiğimde oda penceresi bile açılmayan içeride sigara içilen bir oda verdiler. Neyse olur dedik diğer oda yine öyle çıktı. Sonrasında standart odada kalmak zorunda kaldık. Cenaze evi yakın olduğu için burada kalmak istemiştim. Tabi odam downgrade olduğu için fiyat farkını sordum. Executive Oda ile standart Oda farkının 150 TL olduğunu söylediler(Nasıl olsa kalacaklar hesabı) Satış mudireleri Sumeyyemi Süreyya mi hanım efendiye özellikle görüşmek istedim. Toplantıda olduğunu söyletip teşrif etmedi. Sonrasında da görüşmek istemediler. Ben cenazeye gidince eşim ve annem kahvaltı yapmak istediler ( Ucretli olarak çünkü saat 12:00 yi geçmişti.) Gelen personelden kahvaltı isteyince. 'Kahvaltı kişi başı 300 TL biliyorsunuz degilmi diye cevap alındı' Bu cümle hizmet sektöründe Kahvaltı saatiniz geçtiği için ekstra ucretlendirilecek denmeliydi. Bu dudum misafir olan Annemizi rencide etti. Kahvaltı çok pahalı diye yemek istemedi. Düşürdüğünuz dudum ortada. Bebeğimiz için gece mama ısıtmak istiyoruz fakat oda ne lambaları söndürünce şu ısıtıcı çalışmıyor . Yani elektrik yok . TV nin arkasından prizi söktük orda elektrigimizi aldık. Gece saat 3:00 bu arda. Resepsiyona söyle şu issittir getirmeleri uzun vakit alacağı için söyleme gereksimi bile duymadım. çıkış yaparken oda fiyatların deskte yazılı olduğunu gördüm. Böylece fiyat farkının 150 TL olmadığını görmüş olduk. Şikayetlerimi bildirmem rağmen arka ofiste çayını yudumlayan yetkililerden kimse duruma el atmadı . Bu arada giriş yaparken çıkan tiplerden otelin kalitesini anlamalıydım. Parayı veren düdüğü çalar hesabı .Çalışanlardan Belboy Nizamettin Bey, Hk departmanında Adem bey ilgili ve herzaman yardım severdi. BURASI BAIA HOTEL GRUBUYLA ALAKASI YOK. HIZMET YOK! We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

Personel çok ilgili, çay kahve v.s. hangi saatte isterseniz getiriyo, hatta kayağa çıkarken elimde termos görünce termosu doldurdular.Personele çok teşekkür ederim. Otel yeni kurulmuş, tüm eşyalar yeni, oda-banyo-klozet gerçekten temiz. Kahvaltı benim için çok önemli, oteli arayarak kahvaltı seçeneklerini ve sıcak menüyü sordum, çeşit geniş ve mutfakta istediğimiz omleti yaptırabileceğimizi söylediler, ancak gittiğimizde tüp yok dediler! Kahvaltı salonu buz gibiydi ilk gün hiçbirşey yiyemedik, donduk, sonraki günler üşümemek için kayak kıyafetiyle çıktık kahvaltı salonuna. Kayak tatili için gittim, yani akşam otele geldiğimde ilk aradığım şey sıcak, ancak ısıtmayı sistemi yok, klimada ısıtamadı. Kayakta değil odada hasta oldum. Firstly, the staff was very interested with us. Whenever you want, they bring tea or coffee, when they saw I have a thermos, they filled my thermos with tea, free. The hotel newly builded so everything is newly in room. Room-wc is clean. But Room heating with air condition. That can be very long time. Dinning room is very cold.

Saya pernah berkunjung ke banyak hotel sebagai pelancong biasa tetapi ini sangat unik. Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, berdekatan dengan mana-mana tempat: bas mini, bas, restoran, pusat Gorukle, Trio AVM, barang-barang itu memberi saya bilik yang sangat bagus , sangat bersih, mereka sedia membantu bila-bila masa, kakitangan boleh berbahasa Inggeris, saya dapati semua kemudahan yang saya perlukan dengan tambahan, malah mereka menawarkan sarapan yang enak dan mewah, pemandangannya indah dari tingkat 6, ada lega sebaik sahaja anda masuk ke dalam bilik, begitu tenang dan santai, mereka berhati-hati kerana wabak itu. Saya akan memberikan semua bintang ke hotel ini, penginapan yang luar biasa, saya pasti akan datang ke sini lagi, saya menyukainya.

Harika tüm herkese tavsiye ederim mükemmel bir deneyimdi benim için 7. Katta cafede manzara isliginde akşam yemeği yiyebiliyorusunuz Ayrıca resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ederim çok ilgiliydiler. Spayi kullanma fırsatım olmadı ama böyle bir otelin spasida muhteşem olur

Ailecek konakladığımız Bursa şehir manzaralı kapalı çarşı yanında ve Ulucami ye çok yakın olmasına rağmen sakin-sessiz bir oteldi. İlk başta trip advisor da eski fotoğraflar görmeme rağmen arayıp bilgi aldığım başta Tuncay Beyefendi olmak üzere tüm personele teşekkür ederiz.. Otel yenilenme geçirmiş olup eski fotoğraflarını görürseniz sakın aldanmayın.. Yenilenmiş ve gayet güzel olmuş, ailecek kaldığımız temiz bir Oteldir. Tavsiye ederim..

Our stay was pleasant. We encounter issues upon payment by using the debit card. It's strange that the hotel staff said they can't process the payment by debit card kept asking me to key in the 4 digits pin-code (which is not applicable for my card). When elsewhere i did not have any issues using the card ( for shopping/paying for hotel bookings) all along in Turkey before reaching this hotel. To the extend i had to call my bank to rectify and they said no issues on my account. Ended up paying all in cash. They should really resolve/rectify this. We had informed our later timing for check in. But upon reaching the room only to find out that it just had been mopped and the floor is wet =( The front staffs was very helpful. There's large shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was wonderful!
