We had good hospitalities at this hotel during our stay. Since all receptionists are so kind, we are very comfortable whenever we ask our favors. We will stay this hotel next time when we visit Firenze again in the future.

They have upgraded us to the most expensive room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The front desk staff are so friendly and accommodating. We were so tired from a travel and had a good night sleep. The only issue is the shower that spilling water.

Terrible service from a hotel that only cares about Charging you money. When it comes to customer service it’s one of the worse, you are not even allowed to use the ac in the room. Go somewhere else and save your money

Camera spaziosa, elegante e pulita. Letto comodo. Bagno ottimo e funzionale. Parcheggio per auto gratis all aperto. Puoi scegliere anche il parcheggio a pagamento al chiuso.

無力吐槽，床腳尖的腿都劃破了，空調不開，泳池不開，被套不知道用過多少次了，我也不知道説啥了，有張床睡覺吧，價格便宜的緣故吧。

酒店房間比較大，唯一的不足就是酒店沒有電梯到地下車庫，酒店附近有中國超市，附近交通比較擁堵。自助餐有。

房間訂的行政間，到了酒店降級高級間；前台服務態度惡劣，説話沒有教養。房間床單被褥一股汗餿味，明顯是清潔問題或者是該更換床單被子了。房間蚊子多，一晚咬了十個個包。絕對不會再去住的酒店，希望刪除下線這家諾富特酒店。

停車免費，大堂寬敞明亮，有擺設大量舒適的沙發，早餐還不錯，比一般的酒店好，還有游泳池，從房間里正好可以看到。
