Nous sommes arrivés à 15h30 pour prendre notre chambre pour un durée d’une nuit . Une très bonne accueil. Le prix pour une chambre et 2 lits reste correct. Ne dépassant les 50€. Points négatifs : climatisation ne fonctionne pas Chaleur Quelques poiles Des petites taches sur le lavabo Les points positifs : Matelas confortable Hôtel situé à quelques minutes à pieds de plusieurs magasins comme boulanger, Quick, etc.

It was our first visit just some days ago in the Chateau de L'ile and we will surely stay here again if we visit the area again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole place seemed to be quite out of time and space in a positive way. Very quiet inmidst a park and close to the river yet close to the tramway (7 min walk) to go into the city of Strasbourg. The breakfast was very good for France, witth variety of sausages, eggs, cheese and salmon as well as youghurt, jam, sweet things, cereal. Breakfast until 10:30 a.m. was also very much appreciated;-) The rooms were tidy and clean and there was even a refrigerator. Bathroom with shower and bathtub and all amenities. Check out until 12:00 a.m. is also very nice for vacationers like us. We did not eat in the Restaurant this time but heard from other guests that it is very good. The only thing which we didn't like is that we could not open the window in the night due to many moskitos. Which was a pity as the air outside was so fresh and cooling. However they told us at check-out they will have a solution for that very soon.

The property is surrounded by a high wire fence, grown through with weeds, the entrance to parking and to the hotel were not apparent. Even the IBIS sign was not illuminated. It was very confusing, even to confirm it was the hotel or to find a way in. However, the manager on duty, Guillaume, responded immediately to email and was very welcoming and completely restored my spirit after I arrived. The property is heavily used and so needs some work. But, everything was clean. Everything worked. Guillaume and the other staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The breakfast offerring was first rate, food service and beer were available until quite late into the night. And, it was all good. Also, there is exercise equipment, TV lounge, foosball, etc. Nobody was using, but it was available. Quite a place. I would be happy to stay there again, now that I know the way in.

Accueil vraiment bien , la chambre était propre , on peut juste regretter de ne pas avoir une prise de chaque côté des chevets , ce qui est un peu dommage . Système de chasse d'eau bizarre , on a pas compris. Niveau isolation pas au top , porte qui claque , lit qui bouge , et chasse d'eau seront les bruits que vous entendrez depuis votre chambre ... Sinon on a bien dormi , une mention spéciale au jeune veilleur de nuit qui nous a fait le check out , très charmant et souriant , un vrai plus . Pour manger on vous recommande de traverser la route afin de vous rendre à la diligence personnel sympa .... Pour le taxi ne prenez pas via l'hôtel a notre arrivée on nous annonce 40€ si on veut un taxi , de nous même ce fut 28€60 ! Direction l'aéroport .

It was fine. The staff was very friendly and always did the best to help with queries. The room was spacious and clean. There also was a huge wardrobe. The kitchen is tiny but cute. The fridge was sometimes very loud, but not too bad. Maybe the shower could be bigger. It's really tiny and I am a tiny girl, so not sure about bigger people. Overall I had a pleasant stay there. Tram stop is only a few minutes by walk, which is very convenient.

Nous cherchions un hôtel pour une nuit sur Strasbourg mais tout était complet. Puis je suis tombé sur cet hôtel sur Booking. J'ai cherché le n° de téléphone sur internet et j'ai appelé. Je suis tombé sur une personne charmante qui m'a donné tous les renseignements dont j'avais besoin, et j'ai réservé une chambre. Arrivé à l'hôtel, parking gratuit, nous avons prit possession de notre chambre et nous avons demandé s'il était possible de se rendre à Strasbourg avec une navette (proximité aéroport). On nous a dit qu'à 5 ou 6 km de là il y avait un tramway pour aller dans le centre ville au prix record de 4€20 pour 2 personnes aller retour et parking compris. Cet hôtel est super très calme, grande chambre, petit déjeuner super et très varié et rapport qualité prix excellent. Je recommande fortement, dans certains hôtels en centre ville prix parking exorbitant en parking public. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun soucis.

room size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel. closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good

地處strassbourg斯特拉斯堡老城中心，附近景點步行特別方便，酒店設施齊全，法式風情，簡單但有品味。晚上還有自動升降鐵簾，不錯。房間挺大，有可調節暖氣，衛生間也大、舒服。 酒店大廳小挺溫馨，服務不錯，工作人員會說德語、法語、英語，早餐沒用，無法評論。 酒店有自己的停車車庫garage，一開始就以為是很小的3-4個停車位，晚上關閉車庫門，早上一看嚇一跳，我的個乖乖，車庫裡麪是立體的，小小空間立體三層，每層很矮的空間，覺得考量車技。漲見識了，不錯Yyds，存車費為每晚28歐，不便宜，但是在寸土寸金的老城還是可以的！ 特別的是房門二道，差點鬧出烏龍，門卡無從下手，呵呵，有機會你們試試～ 總體酒店不錯，目前價格也合適，特別贊👍
