Hotel berhampiran Zenibako Beach, Otaru

Stayed for 2d1n as a couple. We had a comfortable stay in the room, which was spacious and even had a small sofa. The location is excellent, a short walk from Otaruchikko station. It is also directly connected to the large Aeon mall which we visited quite a lot. It connects directly to Wingbay as well, which was convenient for shopping, etc. It is about a 30 minute walk to the more touristy part of Otaru, which was fine with us since the prices in the surrounding area were also lower.

혼자여행을 왔을 때 잠만 잘 숙소를 찾는다면 이 곳을 추천합니다. 가성비 있는 숙소에 직원분들 또한 매우 친절합니다. 다만, 겨울에 방문 시 건물 자체가 오래된 건물이여서 춥고 계단을 오를 시 소리가 납니다. 또한, 도미토리 방에 난방을 틀어주시는데 가스난방이여서 냄새가 좀 납니다. 하지만, 모든걸 가격과 친절함에 잊게 됩니다.

私の還暦祈念を兼ねて妻と利用しました。小樽駅から徒歩で10分程度で運河にも面していてとても雰囲気のある宿です。最初に利用したのが2014.1で今回と同様に雪が積もっていましたが、2019.6の利用を挟んで今回で3度目の利用です。今年はコロナ禍や大雪もあり二泊三日は基本的にお籠り状態でした。でもこの宿は(私の)期待通り、いろんな面で温かく(もちろん暖かいのですが)心身ともに安らぐ空間を提供してくれました。とりわけ今回は作務衣にfocusします。宿泊客の多くが利用しているため違和感がなく館内移動に際していちいち着替える必要もないのでお籠り生活にはとても快適でした。結果的に何か部屋にいるより館内の休憩スペースで寛いでいる時間の方が長いんじゃ・・と感じるほどで、宿全体が自分の部屋のようでした。また所々で出会うスタッフからの声掛けではおもてなしを感じるとともに、それが宿泊客以外の侵入を防止しているのかなという感じで安心につながりました。 安心というとこの時期、感染防止対策が求められますが、アルコール消毒はもちろん、そのほかに紫外線*菌機や風呂場にはマスク配備と細やかな対策が施されていました。 食事に関して言えば朝食は味・メニューとも素晴らしく老若男女すべてに対応できます。コロナの影響で大皿盛りはありませんでしたが、メニューは豊富で小樽運河を見ながらゆっくり楽しむことができました。一方、夕食は今回、2泊とも宿内で準備をしていただきました。とてもおいしかったのですが肉が少なかった(と言うより、ほとんど無かった)のが少し残念です。ひょっとして60歳という年齢を考えていただいのかも・・ですね。 部屋です。今回はバルコニー付の部屋にしました。雪のためそこで何かをするというわけには行きませんでしたが、風呂上りに少し涼んだり、景色を楽しむのに使いました。夏用にハンモックもあったので夏こそが本番かも知れません。 ともあれ今回もとても良い旅ができました。ふる川にはまたおじゃましたいと思います。

we made a short trip to Otaru to visit some of its good izakayas, we took a room with 4 beds, it was a nice surprise the distribution of the spaces in the room. Our room had two almost separate areas, in the main area two beds and a couch, the second area was a small terrace with the other two beds, the access to the terrace was a staircase in the room. the terrace was a very pleasant space, even though it is not possible to stand in the terrace area because the ceiling is very low, the terrace gives an air of independence being in the same room, each bed has its space to recharge the cell phone and has an independent lamp. our room had an elegant glass balcony with a beautiful view. the shower area is very elegant with a fairly modern and clean design. the television system was fun too, our room had a projector with a very good video quality I really liked my stay at the hotel and I hope to stay there again soon

This is a hotel I stayed for a family trip. The location is good, it's clean, and the staffs are nice and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the low ceilings and narrow bathroom in the room. The furniture lacks cohesion and appears mismatched. It seems like a room renovation is needed.

👍🏽Pros: - Facilities in the room seems new. - Most of the front desk staffs are friendly and speak English - Close to most of attractions - There's a sliding door dividing the bathroom and the bedrooms, which helps to soundproof the sleeping area. 👎🏽Cons: - Far from Otaru station - Public bath is quite small. It would be crowded when there are more than 5 people in the public bath. - Only provides complimentary green tea bags, no black tea or coffee.

　アメニティはフロント横で取っていく無駄を省いたシンプルなホテルなので、5つ星や4つ星ホテルを求めては物足りないと思います。ただ普通のビジネスホテルよりはるかに落ち着ける新しく清潔なホテルです。朝食付きのパック料金でもサイトによりとてもリーズナブルなものがあります。 　ロケーションは運河沿いではなく、旧日銀ビルなどに並んだ位置にあるため、とても静かです。モール商店街に近いために散歩がてら寿司屋、花園町のケーキの館や新倉屋にも近いです。さらに隣にLAWSONがあります。 　駐車場はチェックイン前の13時から預けらるれるので、車を置いて運河や必見の小樽芸術村、小樽市立文学館など観光に最適です。 　運河沿いから離れると途端に観光客料金ではない地元民価格のお店が現れ、場所が素晴らしいと思います。 　さらにホテルの部屋からの港を一望できる眺めは素敵でした。 　私たちは広くない部屋にエクストラベッドというさらに狭い条件でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。ドアが厚いのか全く他の部屋の音が聞こえないことも理由かと思います。 　ただし部屋の風呂は狭いです。代わりに最上階の大浴場は温泉ではありませんが、眺めがよく清潔です。またコロナ対策のためか混雑しないよう、使えるロッカーを制限していたのも好印象です。 　朝食バイキングは北海道への観光客が目当てとする魚*や蟹などありません。それでも地元野菜やアリスファームのジャムなど美味です。和食というより洋食よりのメニューですが、温かい食べ物が多く、雪の小樽でも暖まります。厚切りベーコンと蒸し野菜がとても美味しかったです。 　またスタッフが若くて、キビキビしているのにとても好感を持ちました。駐車場に入れる際にフロントスタッフが、雪のなか誘導してくれました。朝食会場でも活躍していましたので、人手の必要なところに手助けするようです。 　新しく間接照明の多いのも落ち着けるビジネスホテルとしては上級です。 　お勧めは、夕食後にアーケード街の端にある、歩いて5分の「酒商たかの」という17時から角打ちスタイルの酒屋はご主人が最高にフレンドリーで、日本酒を一杯飲めば人との触れ合いもできます。 　私たちは旅行支援を利用しました。支払いは１人3,300円にクーポン3,000円がついていたので、実質300円です。申し訳ない費用でした。また利用したいです。

The stay in OMO5 was an excellent experience. Start from reception arranging us where to park our car, to details of helping us to arrange restaurant was very touching and appreciated. The atmosphere, deco, cleanliness was all tip top better than what we expected. Thanks to the house team who did their effort to make our stay memorable

Low price but good quality 😍 Free coffee is available in lobby Perfect location just opposite to the JR station (Otaru) Supermarket is just right next to the hotel We bought a lot of food to our room (sashimi and dessert) we got two pear jelly cups for welcoming gifts 😊 We can enjoy free ramen and ice lolly after the wonderful hot spring bath

We stayed at Yu Kiroro for one week and it was the best vacation my family could have asked for! You definitely need a car if you will be staying here and there’s plenty of parking for guests outside and near the hotel across the street. The entrance is very welcoming and we felt at home right away. When you check in, each guest receives a complementary parfait and one access to private onsen. The hotel was very clean and very quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped with dish-washer, oven, microwave, and a massive fridge so we simply bought groceries when we felt like staying in at a local supermarket (I recommend TRIAL). The bathrooms were also very nice with room and floor heating so your feet won’t get cold in the morning. The sheets were crisp and clean and the massive window in each room had an amazing view and sunlight on a good day. The restaurant within the hotel was very affordable yet served high quality food with great view of nature. They also offer family friendly activities such as horse riding, morning walks, and outdoor bbq. Overall, it was a great experience to escape from the city to relax and go to onsen every night before it closes at 12 am. They are also very reasonable with room keeping and respectful with our privacy and time as we stayed in a lot. This place is a must try, and we will definitely go back especially in winter!
