The hotel was excellent. Loved the location. It was literally 3 minutes walk from the arrival section at Bucharest OTP airport. The room was for 2 adults with king size bedroom. I stayed with my son for 1 night due to change over flight for Jeddah to perform my Umrah. Their breakfast was buffet style and I loved it. I will be making a YouTube video for my stay to help everyone who wants to stay this hotel. Me and my son enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to stay here.

For the past 8 years, this has been our hotel of choice for overnight stays between planes in Bucharest, after trying a couple of other airport hotels in Bucharest! Fast check-in and check-out; very welcoming and polite staff! Nice and spacious rooms, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and pillows; quiet room. All amenities expected for a 3-star hotel. Free shuttle bus from and to the airport (24/7) that arrives within 10 minutes after we call the hotel, regardless of the hour. Reliable wi-fi connection. Excellent continental breakfast (included with the room) with many healthy options or you may request a brown bag if you have to leave early (we did and they packed a really nice breakfast). The restaurant offers several choices for lunch and dinner - do not miss the Romanian dishes, they are cooked extremely well! Some changes, if you have not stayed there since 2020: the breakfast starts at 7 AM (previously it started at 5 AM) and the restaurant/bar closes at 9 PM. Snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic and a few choices of beer and wine) can be purchased in the hotel lobby 24/7. Great value for the money. Definitely recommended!

Great location close to hotel and Therme Spa Clean facilities and comfortable space Would recommend to others

After a short holiday in Bucharest, we opted to stay close to the airport on our final night for ease in getting to the airport. We found that this hotel seemed to be incredibly good value for money and also a short 20 minute walk away from the airport. We had booked a family room (4 of us staying) and had expected to be in one open room; but to our positive surprise there were two bedrooms, a sitting area and a large bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The finishes within the room were fantastic - it is very modern and very attractive. Similarly, the room was so clean. The facilities within the rooms are great - with a television in each room, tea and coffee facilities and plenty of comfortable seating. The bar area was very welcoming and I managed to complete my virtual meeting with no interruption. The bar selection was incredibly positive and the prices reasonable. Breakfast was commendable. A lovely buffet spread with plenty of options. All within our party, including one vegetarian, ate very well. Overall, a very positive stay in a lovely building.

Stayed here on route to my destination for one night, based on the advertisement that there was a shuttle bus to and from the airport however this was not true and ended up paying another €15 to get there from the airport which was about 5 mins away , was told the next day that the shuttle does not collect but drops off at the airport however you need to book 24 he's in advance , I tried this even contacting trip.com customer service who also tried to reach the hotel via the phone number they had provided however this is wrong and there is another number available at the front desk , Breakfast was average and again a separate payment of €8 from a very unfriendly staff member who flat out denied I had breakfast included which is what I paid for , so in the end £50 for a room in a ****ty part of town with miserable staff , ( the chap who checked me in that night was the only friendly and helpful person ) Overall not worth it should of stayed in a better place , I do not understand why people who have no compassion or respect for other human beings work in public places that involve dealing with customers ...??? Find somewhere else !!
