Hotel berhampiran Canadian War Museum, Ottawa

Stayed for 1 night to go to a wedding. Amazingly friendly staff, very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Great stay!

Just needed hotel for one night. Easy check, check out. Clean room, well appointed. Met all of our needs. Would recommend to others

Everything was great specifically the girl at the front desk was awesome, she helped us when we had a problem with the door lock of our room, we tried everything but could not open it I guess the battery was dead. She was very helpful, whenever I would visit Ottawa I would definitely like to stay at the same hotel. Her name is Navneet I want to give her 10 stars, thanks Navneet.

We enjoyed our stay up until the day of our checkout. We were running a bit late so I phoned reception to request a later checkout around 12. The receptionist informed me that they were not allowing any late checkouts. So we hurried around and managed to checkout on time. We then loaded our vehicle and sat down to have a coffee. While having a coffee we noticed many people checking out after 11am. Also I have not received my receipt yet. Would you please check into this for me. The picture is of sunset from our room. Pros: a parking lot with sufficient space (no need to book in advance). A shopping mall St Laurent is nearby. The breakfast is ok. There are 2 sockets and 2 USB-A outlet on each side of the bed. The staff are friendly in general. Cons: A bit far away from the tourist attractions downtown (around 10 minutes drive). The coffee from the in-room coffee machine was so-so. The air-conditioner was quite noisy. The TV in my room couldn't be turned off (It went off automatically after no-signal for a while anyway). There were some paper cups for coffee but no other glass / cups in the whole room even for brushing teeth so I had to use paper cups for brushing teeth (Is it considered environmental friendly?)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the room was spacious as we were upgraded to a preferred corner room for free. The hotel had a WiFi issue when we checked in but the receptionist Todd was extremely helpful and gave us recommendations for food nearby while we waited to be able to check in. The location itself is central and close to the market, but there are quite a few individuals struggling with mental health, homelessness, and addiction issues who tend to linger in the area. The security for the hotel however is great. The gym is brand new with a great view and there is a hotel pool and sauna as well as laundry facilities. The hotel staff were always extremely helpful and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable during the stay with small touches such as extra water. We would recommend staying here again based on the comfort of the room, the view, and also the incredible and friendly service.

Safety: It’s next to a safe injection shelter, so no matter morning or night — be careful don’t walk alone! People are sitting/walking/wandering around the area which somewhat scared me. Parking: They DO NOT have enough parking, when I was there to check in at around 4, I was told parking was full. I need to park somewhere else. They recommend me to a nearby parking (which looks cringy — and people said cars got broken in last week) My car wasn’t a luxurious car so I was lucky I guess. Breakfast: It can get really crowded during breakfast time. Not enough seating. Food was okay though!

Great place to stay nice & clean not far from downtown . Private parking and room for 3 people was big with a big kitchen. I definitely recommend . Price is also affordable.

Mejor elija otro hotel. El barrio en el que está.... El desayuno es una bolsita de papel con un pequeño yogurt, una magdalena y un pequeño tetrabrik de zumo y te vas para tu habitación. En las fotos del hotel se ve una sala para desayunar pero que no funciona. La insonorización de la habitación es nula, se oye a los otros huéspedes. Cerca tienes sitios donde comer y un supermercado.
