Easy access hotel from downtown Ottawa. Walkable from the hotel to the parliament and mall. Perfect to stay when you want to roam around the area.

Freezing cold room we go extremely sick and we were kicked out in the morning. Wouldnt wish this to my worst enemy....

The sink drained poorly. There was no cleaning during the four-night stay, and we ran out of towels. The building was old and dirty, but the bed was reasonably clean. The area around the hotel isn't very safe, but if you're careful, you won't feel unsafe. The location is good, with easy access to the city center and a supermarket and Shoppers nearby. The front desk staff were friendly. It's relatively inexpensive, and the location itself isn't bad, so it's a viable option if you're looking to save money. If you can afford it, there are probably better options.

The only advantage is that it is close to the city center.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. There are Chinese restaurants around. Parking fees are relatively favorable. recommend.
