We came early before our check-in time and got accommodated for an early check-in (without paying extra!) We just got lucky because there was an available room. Additionally, we were in awe with the hotel’s interior design alongside the conveniency of its location to tourist destinations that are a walking distance to the hotel. Nice architectural structures everywhere you go! 👍

I always book this hotel for our artists when they have visa interviews at the US Embassy, which is only 8 mins walk away. The hotel is also walk distance to the Orleans Express bus station, super convenient to travel to other cities (e.g.: Montréal, Toronto, Québec etc).

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. I loved the art throughout the hotel. Breakfast was great. We appreciated that check out is at noon. Will be staying here again on our next visit to Ottawa!

Quiet area but very close to lots of bars and restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was always friendly and professional. The cleaning staff did a great job. The breakfast was great!

only complaint is the noise from the bath tube in the morning

The hotel is located in the city center, near the market, walking distance to Ottawa's tourist attractions. The room has a refrigerator, microwave, complete amenities, clean room.

The room was converted from two apartments. There are two bedrooms for three people, each with a large bed. There is also a simple kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. It is very cozy. The breakfast is also OK, with eggs, meat, fruit, coffee, milk, yogurt, various breads and cakes, etc. The location is also very good, close to the attractions. The overall feeling is good. The only problem is that there is no parking space in front of the hotel, and you need to park at your own expense, 15 yuan a day

The front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with a microwave and all the utensils. There's a garden on the first floor. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, with about eight spaces available, but there are also public parking lots nearby. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Parliament Hill. The breakfast cheesy egg muffins were delicious.

The location is very good and suitable for Citywalk. The room is small but clean and hygienic, with complete cooking utensils and cooking utensils. The church outside the terrace adds to the atmosphere.
