The toilet in our room wasn’t working properly when we checked in and they did little to try to fix it. They rip you for extra charges / hidden fees on parking if you don’t book directly with the hotel. Would not stay there again.

千萬別住這家酒店，前台一箇中國人一個印度人，check-in時態度非常不好，給我們故意安排了無窗走廊最後一個房間！最後在check-out的時候差點又被印度女坑了錢，多收了我們七十多刀的税，還一直在跟我們盤，最後把郵件拿出來給她看，她才把錢退回來。入住感太差了！專門坑中國人的破酒店

Wonderful staff. The Arc restaurant had a fantastic breakfast. Unfortunately the lounge closed early on a Saturday night as a result of lack of customers. The queen room was quite small but comfortable. We would stay there again.

Hotel room is nice and clean, the room is on the smaller side, but still nice. Beds are comfy and staff is very friendly. Most hotels have an option to rent movies or something, this does not and has basic cable leaving TV options very limited. Overall a good hotel for a short stay!

The restaurant in the hotel was closed. The bathroom was small. They were no extra towels or toilet paper available in the room.

The neighbors were very load and the ice machine was just next to our door and the noise was sooo load.. We had to pay extra fees at the end of the stay because we booked through *******! 12$ extra.
