Ulasan Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence

It was my daughter's 30th birthday and we stayed over at this hotel. The staff were superb and helped make my daughter's birthday so special. They gave us a upgrade suite and allowed offered complimentary late checkou which was amazing. Food is superb as well as cocktails. The lovely Huge celebration cake was superb. The petit chef experience on the Nile was superb and food was so delicious and big portions which I recommend to do. the hotel manager gave us a complimentary drink before walking us over to the boat and provided a car to pick us up after our. Meal on the boat.

Really Spacious room! Was conveniently located centrally in Cairo!

If you ever get the privilege to stay at the four seasons DO IT! THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I haven't checked in to my hotel because I was in luxor all day and I messaged them through their app to see about room service being there before I make it in. They delivered my meal already as I said it was okay knowing time wise I would be in late and assume that service ends at some point of the evening. I've only had lunch today I haven't been in a bed in the last 48hours, they set ny room up and delivered my food with out me checking in! Theyer amazing they set my spa time for tomorrow evening as well. They also able to offer massage in your room, their guest services is top notch. It's pricey but they absolutely take care if you! I've been to the one in Maui as well, absolutely not disappointed!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. I prefer old school establishments, and this property met all my expectations and in almost all situations, exceeded my expectations. From the large room to the very attentive and sincere staff to the sophisticated cigar lounge, I enjoyed my 4 night stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location, opposite Cairo Zoo and downtown shopping area, Pyramids and Khan Al Khalil. Excellent customer services provided from everyone in the hotel. The hotel is extremely clean, workers cleaning around the clock. Excellent COVID protocol - swimming pool and service around the pool excellent. Breakfast excellent and staff very helpful, never keeping you waiting. Staff very friendly. I really loved my 5 days stay at the four seasons.

酒店就在尼羅河邊上，風景優美，交通便利服務態度非常好。酒店裡的餐廳，購物中心，泳池非常好。特別滿意，一直喜歡四季酒店。還有一個船上日料餐廳價格還不貴，品質一流。

之前在加住過一年四季的Private Residences, 此次入住依舊感受到了文化中踐行的待人如己法則。

設施稍微老點，外面的迎賓小哥和帶泊車態度很好，酒店裡的服務衹能説一般吧

床底下櫃子底下全部都是灰塵，咖啡膠囊隔天也不補，抽屜也是壞的，我們房間裏丟東西了，酒店也是各種方法給你拖、應付。體驗感極差的酒店。
