Hotel Overland Park dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

This was one of worst vacation experiences for us. Enter the hotel and staff has no clue if they are in hospitality business or prison in-charge, were in a bad mood unsure if they were overworked by the ongoing staff shortage. The room itself was supposedly a King bed Suite. It had a really bad murky smell which was barely bearable. The smell never really left no matter how much air freshener you used. The sheets on the bed and the pillows smelled as if they never went through laundry throughout their entire lifetime. Pillows were deformed and extremely uncomfortable and we all woke up the next day with a strained neck muscles. There was a sofa bed as well however no pillows or sheets for it and the mattress was badly stained and sofa had lots of hair as if a pet had rolled in their before we checked in. The room itself wasn't clean either with visible dust and old candies lying on the floor. It was pretty disgusting overall. Regarding the amenities, no coffee machine, the dishwasher had dirty utensils in it laying at the bottom, and it was pretty much stained with coffee, why install a dishwasher in room if it is just going to be unusable and disgusting. The microwave never really heated anything up as half of the buttons on it didn't really work. No room service and when I needed pillows and sheets for that sofa bed for my daughter, the front desk person said in an extremely rude tone that I should come down and pick up whatever is needed ( like as if it's not their job to adequately stock room for 3 people ?) There was no iron. The hair dryer was full of dust, appeared disgusting and yes you guessed it, didn't work. I did have to clean up a dead insect from the sofa bed as well prior to putting sheets on it. Now comes the nice part, not much traffic noise in the room, heating worked well, most of the bathroom was clean, ( sink was dirty), breakfast in am as promised and free parking. Overall, I would recommend folks to probably stay away from this place if you don't wanna spoil your vacation. It's NOT worth the price though okay place if you just want to take a nap for couple of hours. See attached pictures as well

ESA ,Nall Ave, Overland Park is the BEST PLACE TO LIVE . Lori Hodges is an Outstanding and Superb General Manager. She is very polite and helpful. She listens to the problems very patiently and solves them wisely in zero minute. All staff members on the front desk are also very helpful and always available. When I need help, they help me in less that one minute. Rooms are neat and clean. I feel very comfortable living here and feel at home. I have been living here from last two months and enjoying my stay. Its AWESOME to live over here!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to say. What a fabulous family holiday we had staying at St Nicholas park Hotel in hisaronu. The hotel is clean and tidy and the food was amazing thanks to there brilliant chef. A special shout out to Ramazan who works in the restaurant. He was always smiling and remembered us from 6 years ago staying in the sister hotel. Nothing was to much trouble for him and went above and beyond to make our family holiday one to remember.

Ive had the pleasure of staying here a couple days a week for 4-5 months now. Not only is the location great, but the hotel is very clean! The beds and pillows felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel seems to be a bit older however, it has been nicely updated. The pool and fitness center are also very nice! They seem to be short staffed (like the rest of the U.S) however the employees they do have really are exceptional. Every time I’ve had contact with the staff the are friendly. Nicole at the front Desk is exceptional. She really seems to care! She had the answers to all my questions and was familiar with the area and had some great recommendations! Any request I have ie) room serviced, extra pillows, coffee, etc. have always been met. Customer service like this is hard to find, and is one of the many reasons I keep coming back.

This is a nice little hotel in the vicinity of the Overland Park Convention Center which also has its little imperfections… Positives/ pros: As one previous Courtyard review said, in all different ways, this hotel has great design and color balance throughout the Lobby and further. I also liked it in the suite that I shared with my guests. It had a large and impressive parlor room, with a large wet bar countertop and cabinets below. I liked how you walked straight into the bathroom sink and then shower and toilet room from the parlor unlike the design arrangement of the Overland Park Sheraton. The bedroom area was situated nicely to the right of the doorway and behind the closet. What I did like better about the OP Sheraton in comparison was the separate wall divided entry foyer. All plumbing and electrical fixtures worked well, the furniture was intact and comfortable except some of the wood furniture with some wear on it. The Lobby and Pool area were very clean as both the. Pool and hot tub operated very well holding decent temperature. The Bistro breakfast food I ate was also good. Last, but not least, the staff was accommodating, welcoming, helpful, informative, and communicative. The absolute negatives/ cons: The carpet in both elevators was absolutely dirty across each surface. Just a black and smeared stain across both surfaces. It didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a long time at all. They both should be replaced and then the new pieces should be cleaned regularly. If you are a guest who is thinking about booking a suite at the hotel and you are going to be designated to sleeping on the pull out sofa bed, you need to be a heavy sleeper because there is a lot of audible noise and some light leaking into the cracks around the door and it’s peep hole. The ac unit and the mini fridge were so loud that I I had to shut the ac off, unplug the mini fridge, and put to sofa pillows against the door to block the light. It was a little to late to the point that I did not end up getting enough sleep. Remember, that room works best for heavy sleepers, not light ones like me. The very last issue was the small pieces of white paper like debris spread throughout the guest room hallway. The last reason I gave this hotel 4 stars is because of a balanced contradiction in opinions and issues: When I first arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes before the standard check in time, I was notified that my room wasn’t ready and I had to wait for it to be ready. When my friends/ guests arrived a couple of minutes later, I informed them about what was going on. A little later, we were informed that there was a shortage of housekeeping crew on dirty as was the case for other hotels, of course. It wasn’t something that I was too excited about, but I got through it and being patient by exploring the lobby, talking to my friend’s family, eating and drinking snacks from the Market, and briefly looking at my phone. Very enjoyable stay. All staff members were friendly. Though the lobby isn't large, it is very inviting. They always have fresh fruit, ice water, coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate available. They put out fresh cookies during late afternoon. They have a nice section for buying food. LOTS of parking. It was close to many places we had on our itinery. The beds weren't as comfortable as I would like. Breakfast was average. We would stay again.

One of the nicest group of staff members we have ever dealt with in all our years of travel! Originally only booked four nights but needed to extend our stay and the staff could not have been more accommodating!! Wonderful large clean room on top floor which was spacious and quiet! Breakfast was amazing each morning thanks to Dana and another young man whose name we did not catch-Brent and Ali at the front desk were awesome and the other staff members that we encountered, from housekeeping to maintenance were all friendly and welcoming!! Many good food options in the area! Already booked another stay!!
