Hostal acogedor, habitación amplia y luminosa, estaba todo super limpio, el personal muy amable, me explicaron donde comer, que visitar y demás, hasta me dieron un plano de la ciudad, el dueño un encanto, está en pleno centro y justo debajo tienes tiendas y cafeterías , genial! Lo recomiendo totalmente

Great place for travelling in Oviedo and local towns. Weather was generally hot and sunny, Liked Location was fantastic with proximity to the bus and train station with a large supermarket between them. The route to the Cathedral and old town was a fifteen minute walk which went through the main shopping center. The Tourist Office was about halfway and very helpful. The room and bathroom were both spacious and the staff friendly. It was pleasant having a coffee outside at the cafe next door. The food appeared competitive. I was quite angry initially however as it appeared staff hadn't prepared the room properly in that there was no soap and toiletries, no glass and a virtually blocked sink. Coincidentally I hadn't taken my own toiletries for the first time I can remember as I never usually need them. Everything was sorted but not immediately.

Basic, budget and no-nonsense hotel quite centrally located. Rooms are small, but clean. Facing a busy street, noisy in evenings/night. Air conditioning. Very small breakfast area, many guests had to wait for more than 15 minutes to get a seat. Breakfast buffet is nice and has a large selection. Good gluten free options if requested in advance. The reception has quite limited opening hours. The girl who was on duty was very helpful, but seemed to be alone both in the reception and the breakfast area at all times.

Situado en la calle Monte Gamonal, 4, en Oviedo (Asturias). Próximo a la estación de tren. Si vas en coche, la calle está restringida a taxis o coches que accedan para las casas o el propio parking del hotel. Dispone de parking pero es de pago, cuesta 10€ el día. Las plazas no son muy amplias y falta luz ya que duran poco los temporizadores cuando los pulsas. La salida y entrada al parking es por el mismo sitio. Tienes la opción de desayunar allí pero recomiendo mejor fuera ya que hay más variedad y más barato. Nos alojaron en una habitación en la primera planta (hay ascensor para subir y bajar y también para acceder al parking). La apariencia de los pasillos del hotel recordaba a un edificio que anteriormente debió ser de vivienda y se ha reconvertido a habitaciones de hotel. Por ejemplo, en nuestra habitación, había una puerta que conectaba las 2 camas pero que no se abría del todo ya que chocaba con la cama. En varias zonas echaba en falta mantenimiento ya sea por rozaduras en la pared, enchufes mal instalados, ruido que oye por las paredes o en las propios enchufes. El trato en recepción fue correcto. Relación calidad precio es lo más asequible que encontramos en Oviedo capital.

The hotel is quite adequate, that is, if you are there for sightseeing. No frills, the basics and it works nicely. But, well, the evening staff at the bar/restaurant (2, 20 somethings--males) have some major educating on restaurant service. The first night our bill was missing the wine on our bill---and as a former manager, I immediately brought this to his attention. He and his coworker thought this to be quite funny---not knowing enough Spanish, I didn't quite know what they were saying to each other, but he re-did the receipt to include them. The second night my husband and brother-in-laws meals were not included on the receipt. Also, at one point we wanted to order more drinks, and our table cleared, and waited and waited and waited, finally from where we were sitting, I stood up only to see the two coworkers fully engrossed in a fashion website on the computer! Got his attention after quite a bit---he brought the drinks but our table (both nights) never got cleared before we left. We were pleasant and smiled through both nights thinking it might make a difference, sadly not. We observed others there and their treatment was also the same. I wouldn't want him and his coworker to lose their jobs, but, some MAJOR training in customer service needs to be done. If it wasn't for the restaurant snafu, We would have given this place a solid 4 stars. But, because of the restaurant service issues ONLY, we will only give it a 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Hotel muy cómodo, limpio y a sólo 15 minutos a pie del centro. Camas especialmente cómodas. Baño muy grande y completo. Armario de gran capacidad de almacenamiento. Zona de aparcamiento gratuito pero hay que dar varias vueltas hasta encontrar sitio.

Perfecto. Friendly and helpful personnel at the reception, as well as the cleaning staff. Great atmosphere, comfortable apartment with good beds, and a full set of kitchen equipment and accessories, including dishes. The cafe is good also. The location is convenient, close to downtown, cafeterias, shops, and a swimming pool. Free wi-fi, parking is available. I suppose I to was the best choice! Thanks for accommodation!

Súper bien servicio, sobre todo porque tienen recepción 24 horas, lo cual es genial porque algunos vuelos tienen horas curiosas para los check-in. Además, el día que llegue (sobre las 23:30) me prepararon un panini porque no había nada abierto para comer. Está a un paseito andando al centro, y si llevas coche, hay mucho aparcamiento. Repetiría sin duda :)
