Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Oviedo

Camera accogliente, letto e cuscini comodissimi, molto bella la struttura. Ottima posizione. Personale gentilissimo alla reception. Consiglierei sicuramente questa struttura ad amici e conoscenti che vogliano recarsi ad Oviedo.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas, no está a la altura. Habitaciones pequeñas, mobiliario muy estropeado. Primera vez que paso frío en un hotel, en febrero y la cama sólo con sábanas y una manta fina en el armario por si tienes frío. La calefacción no funcionaba. Camas incómodas, se notan los muelles y sólo disponen de una almohada baja, sin posibilidad de tener dos tipo de almohada según el gusto. Y juntan dos camas para hacer una de matrimonio pero sin frenos por lo que se separaban una de la otra. Desayuno cutre, no quedaba casi de nada y tampoco reponían con frecuencia, zumos de bote, café aguado. Si tuviera menos estrellas no estaría mal pero el nivel que dicen tener, no lo tienen por ningún lado.

Lugar muy acogedor, ubicado muy próximo al centro de Oviedo. Un apartamento muy agradable, espacioso, con pequeño espacio entre baño y habitación, cocina cerrada con todo lo necesario para hacerte lo que necesites. Admiten mascotas y te dejan puesta una sabana en el sofá para que el perro pueda estar y no manche. Muy atentos con lo que puedas precisar. El aparthotel debajo dispone de aparcamiento aunque no lo gestiona la empresa del aparthotel te dan todas las facilidades, incluso se accede del parking a la recepción directamente.

Es un hotel con dos estrellas sin pretensiones de deslumbrar; cumple su misión si vas a Oviedo con la intención de pasar unos días de turismo. A 12 minutos andando de la catedral y del casco antiguo de la capital, lo cual es una ventaja por no estar metido en el medio del mogollón turistico. Limpieza, desayuno buffet sin extravagancias pero con un notable muy alto. No hay aglomeración por ser un hotel pequeño. Por encontrar un pero, como otros hoteles, a partir de las 19:00 h carece de personal en recepción, lo cual puede ser una pega sería bajo algunas circunstancias. Cuando vuelva a Oviedo, contaré con ellos.

All the negative reviews about this delightful hotel are rather unfair. In my opinion, the utilities, service, comfort and cleanliness of our stay and room commensurate with the price that we have been charged. The location is great. We walked from the hotel to the city centre and walked through a few neighbourhoods and got a glimpse of the locals' lives. Parking at the basement of the hotel was very reasonably priced and convenient. Roberto at Front Desk was excellent in every aspect - warm smile, friendly information about the city, and so polite and respectful. Breakfast, to us, was sufficient and varied. We enjoyed it very much, and have no complaints. Being Silver Accor member, we were given welcome drinks but were a bit disappointed that there was only beer or bottled juice or soft drinks. No cocktails, Ibis? Come on, be more generous next time :-)!

Súper bien servicio, sobre todo porque tienen recepción 24 horas, lo cual es genial porque algunos vuelos tienen horas curiosas para los check-in. Además, el día que llegue (sobre las 23:30) me prepararon un panini porque no había nada abierto para comer. Está a un paseito andando al centro, y si llevas coche, hay mucho aparcamiento. Repetiría sin duda :)
