Unique food, impeccable service! I attended a large dinner in the ballroom. The chandeliers and lighting in the room created a beautiful atmosphere. The servers were kind and attentive. Main course was a unique aubergine dish - something out of the ordinary - and it was wonderfully prepared. I’ve eaten at The Alice for dinner as well as tea, and now I know that banquets are as delicious as the restaurant.

This is a good hotel in central part of the city. We didn't use any of the facilities due to our short stay at the hotel.
It looks quite decent and room was nice and cozy. Service was ok, but could be better if you get a proper greeting or a sort of welcoming that is expected at this level of hotels.
Location is close to bus station and railway station, which is convenient if you are in/out of Oxford for a short stay.

這次來英國12天，第一次寫評論，因為想告訴大家不要踩坑。一、酒店是新開的，位置非常便利，三一學院旁邊，商業街旁邊，吃玩都方便。
二、在這個位置酒店房間算大的，因為新開業所有設施都是新的，比較齊全。樓道有點像迷宮，到房間開了四道門。
三，吐槽一下，停車不方便，要去附近商場停車場，導航基本到不了樓下，需要自己慢慢找。
四、2024年8月1日入住，酒店新裝修，味道非常大，非常嗆人，房間窗户打不開，味道放不出去，感覺當了一夜人體過濾機。味 道 大，大到睜不開眼睛🥵
五，酒店衞生間的馬桶按鈕一定注意，按下去手很容易夾住，我就被夾住了，由於語言問題，我沒有和酒店交涉，如果在國內應該是免費住了。

The Location of the hotel is perfect for sight seeing and exploring Oxford you can easily get to most of the main attractions in less then a 5 mins walk. We stayed for 2 nights and only opted for the breakfast once personally I wouldn’t bother it was bad. Head to the covered market instead

入住辦理很快，還幫不會英文的中國朋友連WiFi。看我一直幫忙翻譯 抓了好幾塊歡迎巧克力給我。然後朋友房間床腿不穩 理科安排換房間 還給我們一人一個酒吧飲品和小吃券表示抱歉 並且他們的餐廳做的很用心
距離火車站和牛津大學 都5分鐘車程 還是很方便的

I recently stayed at Easy Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. They were always ready to assist with any queries and provided great suggestions for nearby attractions.
The room was basic but clean, which is what I expected for the price. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room was a bit small, so if you have a lot of luggage, it might feel cramped. The bathroom was also compact but functional, with hot water available at all times.
One downside was the lack of amenities in the room. There was no kettle or coffee-making facilities, and while there was a TV, the channel selection was limited. However, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it serves its purpose.

This boutique hotel is nicely situated within walking distance of the train station and all that Oxford has to offer. The staff were friendly, especially the ladies who took care of the rooms, and Chris, who kindly carried our luggage up the steep staircase. The bed was comfy, the room spacious, and overall, the location was quiet. Water, tea, coffee and fruit were available 24/7, and breakfast was provided in the attractive dining area. A couple of suggestions: install a hook or coat rack, so guests can hang their coats or towels in the rooms; maybe remove a piece of artwork to better utilize wall space. We stayed in room 4, which was directly above the meat smoker/kitchen exhaust unit, which hummed all night long. Not a problem if you like consistent noise. There was a fan provided in the room, which we left on all night to mask the noise from the unit. Unfortunately, the smoke from the unit also rose into the room, so we kept the windows closed if the smoker was in action. When the unit was off, it was blissfully quiet. Maybe consider upgrading/replacing the windows in that room - a modern window fixture would muffle the sound. Breakfast was adequate but somewhat repetitive. Perhaps give guests the option to mix and match the breakfast items provided, ie sausage and toast versus a full plate of food. Overall, we had a nice stay at the hotel and the suggestions above are provided to enhance the stay for future guests.

PPengguna Tetamu這是一個由古堡監獄改建的酒店，非常有新意，房間分為兩種，一種是兩間牢房改建的房間，一種是正常的房間，牢房改建的房間窗户是監獄那種小小的靠上的窗子，我訂的正常的房間有陽台，看大家的喜好。房間有咖啡機，還有毛巾加熱桿，淋浴間較小，而且按鈕面積很大，但是按的時候需要點技巧，第一次按了半天沒有觸發。我的房間空調略有不足，但是酒店服務人員積極解決問題，整體服務很熱情，周到，分享小鎮地圖什麼的，所以儘管稍有不便，也還是很喜歡這家酒店的風格和服務的。早餐也不錯，黑布丁給力。另外有的房間除了電梯還有樓梯，如果行李較大可以嘗試聯繫酒店使用小電梯，如最後一張圖

PPengguna Tetamu就拍了早餐。比較乾淨，工作人員很有禮貌，確實感覺沒什麼特色。應該是幾間房連在一起做的酒店，牛津地區比較涼快，房間都沒有空調，有暖氣，櫃子裏提供有風扇。
沒有拖鞋，但提供了塑料杯。我們訂的20平方，2個床，有個書桌，展開下行李箱就沒什麼位置了，有餐廳如圖，早餐還行，我很喜歡烤的蘑菇比較香，酸奶牛奶有盒裝的可以拿。
牛津房子都比較貴，從地段我覺得一般，走到推薦逛熱門的景點，都要20分鐘以上，感覺這麼貴（週末+旺季）花了3000有點不值得

The location is only 10-15 mins from the city centre, staff was ever so helpful, and the room is very atmospheric, it felt incredibly lush without being over the top and tacky. The room was very clean and felt brand new. Only downside is the karaoke bar downstairs, but they kindly provide earplugs and anyway it stops early. We would definitely book it again.

PPengguna TetamuLovely visit. Very clean and lovely large airy room . Nice to have a fridge and microwave. Interesting literature and beautiful African book with quotes. Only problem was that we booked in and went straight out to see our daughter. On returning at 10:00pm, after reception was closed, we found no toiletries in our room. Luckily I had packed some hand soap and shampoo or we wouldnt have been able to wash our hands. No toiletries were supplied the rest of the stay. There were advertisements of toiletries at reception, the implication being that we would have to purchase these. Even if we had wished to, reception would have been closed. I do feel that minimum of some hand soap should have been provided free of charge.

AAngieANo coordination between Trips and the hotel on check in procedure. Hotel failed to notify guest on need to have check in code and the staff on call during the day couldn’t even differentiate between a hyphen and a dash and kept giving the wrong code. Very frustrating. Also the doors are too loud and noisy when they close can almost feel the shakes in my room 1.

PPengguna TetamuFirst up: do not, under any circumstances, book a room here. Booked a Saturday and Sunday for a friend’s thirtieth. Checked in and unpacked, then another couple showed up for the same room. Turns out the hotel had cancelled our room without telling us (but, notably, AFTER charging us) and then required us to leave our event, come back, pack up all our stuff, and move out, (or “we will take your things and throw them out on the street”).
The manager on the phone was unable to explain what had happened, couldn’t access the back-end system, and eventually decided that it was our fault that we’d mistyped an email address (an error on our end BUT we had been in text contact throughout the preceding week and they hadn’t bothered to tell us we no longer had a reservation), and then later that we hadn’t clicked “confirm” on an email we never got. Side note: I’ve worked in hotels for years; this explanation is nonsense; and even if it wasn’t - if you thought we’d cancelled, why did you still charge us for the room? I guess this is what happens when you don’t actually have any staff on the premises to sort out issues. As it was, after booking and paying for a room months ago, we were left stranded in the middle of Oxford with nowhere to stay. No apology from the hotel and it took two weeks of both of us dealing with increasingly hostile management before getting our room refunded. Minus a tenner they kept for themselves to pay for “the diary management’s company’s admin fee” - again, I worked in the industry, we all know that this is nonsense, Eviivo OBVIOUSLY don’t charge admin fees per email, but I guess they fancied helping themselves to an extra £10 for all their hard work in not hosting us. Just really small-time behaviour all round. It’s a shame because the room itself looked nice but I would recommend that you only book this place if you’re fine with not actually being allowed to stay in it.

Ia terletak sangat baik untuk pusat bandar. Walaupun begitu, ia berada di lokasi yang tenang dan kami mempunyai rehat malam yang baik di dalam bilik yang kecil tetapi selesa.
Ia tidak mempunyai rangkaian kemudahan yang mungkin anda inginkan untuk penginapan yang lama. Sebagai contoh, ia tidak mempunyai ruang istirahat, restoran atau lif, yang merupakan satu-satunya sebab saya tidak dapat memberi 5/5 untuk kemudahan. Kemudahan yang ada adalah baik: membuat teh dan kopi di dalam bilik, televisyen, radio dan WiFi. Kakitangan mesra dan membantu.
Kami datang dengan kereta dan menggunakan sistem Park and Ride, yang sangat baik. Perkhidmatan bas Oxford bagus. Hotel ini juga hanya perjalanan singkat dengan teksi dari stesen jika anda pergi dengan kereta api.
Hotel ini sesuai untuk penginapan yang singkat dan kami akan menggunakannya semula.

If it was not for the amazing staff, I would have left and asked for full refund. The manager - I believe her name is Ema, and room cleaning lady, they call her Auntie were amazing. She did everything from cleaning the rooms, hotel, and cooking! She deserves a raise. I think the owner is lucky - did not meet him, but here is my feedback directly to him: You ate lucky to have such dedicated staff. Please acknowledge them and reward them. The hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance. No hot or good pressure bathroom water. Beds are old, window does not work, no light bulbs in fixtures, no heating, very cold rooms …. Etc etc May be you are waiting to sell the place. However, I think you should consider spending some money on capital repairs. The breakfast is terrible. Please try your self the Spanish or bacon omelette!
