There was a blackout at night for about few hours at the hotel and we dared not taking bath due to worrying of no power no hot water; in addition, there was no heating and wifi too. Unfortunately, there was another round of blackout in the second day morning which caused another round of fear and inconvenience. Hope Trip.com can initiate the refund policy under this kind of circumctance.

Great for families with children, the kitchen is fantastic.

The room itself is spatial and great, but the amenities arr a bit old and it feels stinky when enter the room due to the old facilities. Reception provided a really bad experience, the staff was inhospitable and impatient. She didn't even response your greeting. During check-in, She didn't mention important information like breakfast time as a professional hotel reception should do.

It was clean, but no elevator if you have walking issue or have wheelchair.

Great location (close to 17 Mile Drive and other scenic spots), spacious, clean and cozy rooms, family-friendly inn with sufficient parking spaces. Offering simple but nice complimentary breakfast. Excellent guest service before, during and after the stay. A special thank you note to the day and night staff who patiently assisted with the FedEx delivery arrangement for delivery of a lost item to another city. Would love to come back and stay again!

We stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. The room was very spacious. Actually there is also a little kitchen inside the room. The breakfast variety was enough. There were boiled eggs, waffles, jam. There were lots of parking spaces. The beds are comfortable. Stuff were nice.

The hotel facilities are old, and there is a bit of animal smell in the corridor? The exhaust fan in the bathroom is very noisy, but the room type is quite unique and the location is convenient, just at the entrance of Seventeen Mile. The breakfast is relatively simple. It feels a bit like a homestay.

Unexpectedly clean, warmly decorated, and spacious. Many reviews on foreign booking apps say that the front desk has a bad attitude, but from my own experience, both boys and girls are very nice and responsive.

The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Both beds are large. The hotel also has a gym. It has everything you need and is very close to Fisherman's Wharf and the Aquarium.

There were beds everywhere when we entered the room, the bedside tables were gray, and there was a sour smell in the room. When we left, the front desk lady asked us questions from the flyer. She didn't look happy, so we decided to go there on our own.

The hotel is located in a residential area, with no problem of safety. The facilities are a bit old, but clean. The rooms are not spacious, but there are plenty of parking spaces. It is very quiet at night, the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast has few varieties, but it is no problem to eat enough. It is very close to Asilomar Beach and very convenient to the surrounding attractions.

Very good hotel. I wanted to stay another night, but there was no room. It was a pity. I didn't go around much. I hope I have a chance next time. It's close to the beach and parking is convenient
