Hotel Padang dengan Spa

Lokasinya tidak bagus kerana ia terletak di pinggir bandar, tetapi ia bersih dan kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu baik. Sarapan pagi di restoran atas bumbung sangat mengagumkan, dan anda boleh melihat Lautan Hindi di barat dan Mt. Clinch di timur!

Kamar luas, ada bathub jg, kebersihan sangat dijaga, makanannya juga enak2 dan beragam

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

selalu nginap disini, bersih dan nyaman, selalu diberikan sesuai permintaan, tapi hanya securitynya yang suka melihat lihat orang panjng, dan dari atas sampai kebawah, sangat tidak nyaman dengan security nya kalo disini, selebihnya oke. setiap menginap disini gantian security nya selalu melakukan hal yang sama, dan saya lihat komen orglain security nya jg yg bermasalah, tlg securitynya lebih ditingkatkan lg pelayanan nya agar tidak mengurusi urusan orglain

The hotel is nice and looks new. Bedding is very comfortable and clean. Staff is great and helpful. The only setback is its location; a bit far away from the city and within walking distance to the sea, but the area is very dirty and messy.

The hotel is above average if you get a good discount for the room. Everything is ok but furniture is a little old and some food on breakfast running out fast

Its an old building with molds in the rooms and bathrooms. I believed it used to be a high rating hotels, considering the grand entrance etc. Rooms are spacious but the amenities are not consistent. We booked 3 rooms in total (same room type). One does not have a sofa, one does not a have the small chiller. However the services are great with helpful receptionists and bellboys.
