Rooms were poorly maintained, door locks were in damaged condition. Dirt in room wall. There is no mats available inside room. Night lamp were not working. No swimming pool. No proper lights in lobby area.

Moderate, in terms of the service provided the price seems too much. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Wifi was not available. The tv was not working. Problem with the flush. Allow early and late check in and checkout. Good food. Complementary stuff are scarce in quantity like water and bathroom toiletries

It's good for us as it is close to niser. Convinient conveyance and comfortable accommodation. The food is very testy, but the price is very high compared to other restaurants nearby. If it will be slightly adjusted then more parents of niser students will stay here. Otherwise it's all good.

Most probably you didn't communicate well with the hotel. Room was not booked from your end in advance. It was the hotel that provided a room at the last after i showed them the booking papers and that the room was not best one of the available rooms in the hotel inspite of booking hotel in advance and that too paid in advance. Your app says no need to contact hotel for booking confirmation but when we reached hotel, the hotel had no idea/ information/papers of our booking. It was the hotel that accepted our request and allotted a room after presenting hard copy of hotel booking. Hence, to sum up i had a very bad experience with your hotel booking app. Hence, thinking not to book flight travel or hotel booking further.

Outer ambiance is good. Inside first look it is good. But the service is very poor. 1) intercom : intercom is not working 2) no bed sheet changes: 3) towels are very bad and can not be used. 4) not removed the plastic covers on the bed causing to move out the bed sheet and we are sleeping on the plastic cover bed. 5) no cleaning for 3 days
6) worst behaviour : if we make complaint they are coming to fight with me. It is difficult to talk with them.
