Shamsuddin , riyaz, gulam Mohammed were really good at hospitality. Very helpful and catering , over all five star experience. The room which we were given earlier wasn't that great but both both of them requested on our behalf and was given excellent room with the view.

Just about ok, but cheap hotel not to expect much............... Breakfast was good....................... Rooms for 3 people was small, but at the price we paid it was ok.......... Staff was courteous, hospitality was good...............

Location is very good. Food is great in both Dilkhush and Cafe Willow. The rooms could have been better, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was very average.The heating system is great. The house keeping is great. Mr Hilal is great with house keeping.

Good hotel. Staff is awesome very helpful staff. Rooms are neat and clean.food is tasty, Restaurant staff Mr akif, Tajamul, Amir and Jahangir are very helpful and humble. I will recommend it to others also and will visit again in future . Thank you Hotel volga
