Ulasan Holiday Inn Express & Suites Everett

Room was simple, clean, and had convenient bench to lay out multiple suitcases. View from room was the parking lot. Conveniently located off I-5 for easy access on and off the interstate. Hot breakfast options included bacon, sausage, biscuits, eggs, omelets. DIY pancake machine was not working.

Good place I recommend here.

Was a terrible experience

出差商務、家庭旅行酒店holiday inn真不錯，房間乾淨，面積適中，房間也比較新，還有早餐附送，健身房、游泳池都齊備，

酒店中規中矩，設定位置及周邊環境都還可以，上高速非常方便，交通很便利。由於預訂過程中，攜程網的訊息篩選不很準確，帶來了麻煩，但後續與攜程網客服溝通後，攜程網很快速地給解決了，從這一點看，攜程網的服務一如既往讓人放心，今後還會繼續使用攜程服務!

服務還行，環境一般

Holiday Inn Express is always v good. We didn’t get a quiet room as requested; first time.

I liked the room, it was comfortable. There is alot of parking to choose from and they give you a little parking pass. But you can hear people coming down the hall, and there is an additional lock on the inside of the door that did not latch into place. Which for me was a little scary because I'm a woman when traveling alone. When I checked in I waited a bit at the desk and once the woman saw me she huffed loudly and just looked like she checked in 20 people in a row.

I like this property for staying at but the last coupke times i notcied theres been mold on the windows.

Fridge didn’t work, called front desk and was not fixed. Asked the next day and was told there were no maintenance people on site. Loud traffic noise, could hear word for word what my neighbours were saying in the early morning hours, key card routinely stopped working. I don’t usually write reviews but very disappointed with my stay here

Clean property with some work needed on the bath tub, can see the ring, but nothing housekeeping can do as tub must be old. They must have done some work recently as looks overall good. Liked that entry area is not carpeted. Good choice of breakfast items and glad parking is not extra like other places in Seattle. Pool is basic and i feel sorry for those who have to clean up after guests who have used it with little consideration for others. They went through to lift leaving a trail of water. Would stay again at the price point i paid.

Lack of towels, “locks” on windows don’t actually lock, blinds on both windows broken (controls legit pulled off and left on the sill), stains on floor and left overs from previous guests, no overhead lights in room besides at the door, lighting was pretty poor overall, filters to the HVAC were caked in dirt/dust and the HOT tub was literally colder than the pool while the pool tastes like salt!

When checking in couldn’t find lady for almost 15-20 min no one was at the desk. There was hair and dirt in the jetted tub and on the curtains and on the pillows. The jetted tub jets was very weak and one didn’t work also very small. The room took 6 hours to heat up with it being 38 degrees outside. Very unhappy for the price I paid.

You get what you pay for. It was clean but some things were in need of repair. My sink leaked onto the floor. There was a ceiling leak in the breakfast area. The staff was pleasant and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable.
