I didn't take pictures of the hotel nor the room but it's ok. All basic amenities in the room. Furniture is not old, nothing peeling. The pool may need a little scrubbing (slightly slippery) but otherwise it's ok.. Small pool with jacuzzi jets. The hotel is located directly across the road from "Hokkaido Flower Park Khaoyai".  Along the road there are many eateries and photo spots.

Room 409 shower head issues , all holes stucked and water flow out from few holes causing super high water pressure ! change new shower head dai mai ?

Budget accommodation, reasonably affordable with expected dated furnishings. The bedding was clean and comfortable, the bathroom has good shower pressure and hot water.  Some road noise but nothing too serious.  The price point of 500baht per night is about right

The hotel is a bit old, but still perfectly fine and comfortable enough for a stay. Overall, it was okay. What I liked most was the excellent location — there’s a large flower garden right across the street, and there’s also a restaurant right next to the hotel. Very convenient!

I wish they would replace the shower head; the water sprays in all directions. The room felt quite dated and showed signs of wear, likely due to the hotel being an older establishment.
