Clean & convenient as always. Good for those who attend concert/exhibition. See that the hotel has replace their TV screen with new & bigger one.

Hotel was very much value for money! Location was great with linked bridge to several big brands’ factory outlets and a couple of malls. Love that there was a welcome for fans like me who were there for a concert. Great to be back in my hotel room within 10 minutes by foot from the end of the concert! Staff were helpful with my bulky luggage the moment I got off my cab. Daily housekeeping was consistent and satisfactory! I’ll be back if I am attending any event at Impact!

I recently stayed at Novotel Impact Bangkok for 2 nights, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. The room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for anyone attending business meetings or events at Impact, as it is just a short distance away. Additionally, its proximity to Cosmo Bazaar and a variety of food shops adds to the convenience, making it easy to find dining options nearby. The overall service and amenities exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and event attendees. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Novotel Impact is a good place to stay if you are going for concerts in the Impact region. The check in and check out process is really smooth. They have staff to help with our luggages and they are always so helpful and smiley. It is also easy to book transport going to and from the airport. The room is comfortable and quiet. I love the variety at the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended.

The temperature of the air conditioner cannot be controlled and there is no ventilation fan in the bathroom. I asked hotel staff to give me an electric adapter, but they just answered and didn't bring it. It is easy to come and go within the exhibition hall. It's very far to another Queen exhibition centrel.
