Great stay at hilux courtyard palakkad, the hotel room was very near & clean. Breakfast spread was good. Overall we found it a best hotel to stop by if you are driving a long distance. The hotel staff was polite & welcoming! overall good stay!

Myself& wife stayed bet 15th& 17 th April 24.Rooms were ckean& tidy. But no laundry service. Senior citizens like us carry less luggage on long trip,expecting laundry service in such expensive hotels. They said there's no laundry service for few days and no alternate arrangements could be made. Atrocious. Impolite and indifferent behaviour by receptionist. Where to search for laundry in unknown place? Only two attenders for serving all rooms. There's a delay. A/C remote was dysfunctional. Three times electricians came and finally second day night it was alright with simple replacement of battery cells!!!. Very unpleasant experience. The management can educate their receptionists ,especially an elderly one, as to how to behave with customers. Only good thing, their veg restaurant is good . But no idlies in the evenings! I won't recommend.

We had booked a banquet at Tripenta in the last week of January for around 90 guests, and had booked rooms there for our guests for around three nights. The service was nice and the food quality was very good. Above all the F&B head Mr Vinod and team ensured that the entire arrangements at the hall including seating, audio visual equipment, food arrangement were all done with involvement. Staff were polite and prompt. The place was well kept, rooms were nice, well maintained.Location was scenic. We would recommend Tripenta for your stay, as well as if you want to hold private functions.

The Gazala inn was chosen by my friend for her reception and she arrange a stay over there. Near to all the traffic facilities and a temple is also situated nearby. The stay was pleasant. The Inn was available with the facility of the reception hall, dining hall for 50, and rooms for stays. Nice stay it was and the receptionists were so friendly.

We stayed at the hotel from January 22 to 24, 2024. The welcome was very friendly, smiles and courtesy! all the staff is charming, welcoming, smiling, professional,... It's really a pleasure! The rooms are spacious, modern, equipped with everything necessary. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses soft ... The vegetarian restaurant has a varied menu. The dishes are delicious! Only missing real continental breakfasts. There too we feel welcome and the staff are ”very attentive”. In addition, the hotel is +/- 7 km from Isha Yoga. It is therefore a hotel that we highly recommend!

The resort is really nice and the common areas are very well maintained. The staff and hospitality is good at the resort. We had made prior requests before check in and they helped us out with them all. We had stayed in a cottage. I personally felt the interiors of the room and toilet needed alot more maintenance. Once you enter the resort there are no restaurants nearby and hence you will have to take your food inside only. The food options are very limited. The buffet spread for bf/lunch / dinner was very very limited for the charges we pay. I felt this to be a downside during my stay. Apart from the food, the stay is decent and a good change from the usual routine.

This was our first holiday in this resort . Honestly resort is very good staff as well specially thanks miss sayani activity manager who was taking care about sightseeing and discovery Central and arranged for us sightseeing and some good fun games . We really appreciate to her enjoyed a lot here . As well food was very tasty and yummy .. I will recommend you guys should come here.

PPengguna TetamuWe had wonderful 2 days at havon. Excellent rooms, stay, food, staff, facilities and more. Special thanks to pratheesh, balaji, muthu and a lady sorry i forgot her name. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Food has wide variety and tasty. It’s a huge lit property so you can take a stroll day and late night. There is a small steam you can access via a small 500m trek to spend some quality time with nature. Kids have good play area and pool is neat and clean. Mountain view’s are pretty good too. Service is top notch too. Well mannered and cordial staff. All in all, well managed property with a couple of days to spend some quiet and quality time with a small or big group of people.

PPengguna TetamuEnjoyed my stay in hotel gopalapuram international. Was surprised to see that the hotel property is spread out on a big peice of land. With lots of greenery a massive gate and uncluttered entrance. The entrance is very impressive and was hoping that the rest of the hotel would also be as the same. And it was. The stairs lift and floor all granite and shining. Their housekeeping is top notch. Mirrors glass panes all sparkling. The staff was ever helpful and courteous. The room has top quality furniture and furnishings. The toilet is equipped with all toiletries that you will need during your stay. Crockery was fine in the restaurant whatever food was cooked it was yummy. But only issue was that they served only selected items from the main menu.

PPengguna TetamuNo tooth-care kit and room door towards balcony could not be locked. When i stayed in other nearby cheaper hotels like nalanda inn, i could get better room service ( a very good economy rate restaurant and another type right at the hotel) ***** with free tooth-care kit.
