Reached the hotel at 10. 30 pm. No one was there to do the needful. The security was called to handle the situation. No facility to call as delux room was functional. They were called again to get it corrected. Corrected partially by 12 pm midnight. Very poor service. Disappointing conditions at bathroom and other facilitys. Next time i won't choose the hotel under any circumstances. There was no complaint suggestion book available to remark our experiences.

Room was not clean. Bathroom door was not closing properly mosquitoes. Terrible stay. I paid 4000 and got dirty rooms. When we say the complaints to the people there they just nod their heads. Please dont book this hotel.

Location close to station. No proper power. Constant tripping of ac. Had to manage the night with ac. Room full of mosquitoes

It was a good stay for this rate. Reasonable charge. Nice hospitality and more important it is very near to palakkad jn. Railway station

The property is just infront of railway station and so very convenient location. But there was no lift. In the room there was no mini refrigerator, no electric kettle, hand wash and only one towel for two persons. The behaviour of staff was good.

We actually checked in late but without any concession they told us to checkout soon. Room was decent.

Pro convenient location, easily accessible, well mannered staff, uninterrupted power and water supply. Cons vehicle parking and getting down difficult (busy street. Foul smell near stairs, narrow passage creating uneasiness.

Right next to palakkad railway station. Facilities were clean and well kept and room was quite good for the price. Checkin and checkout was uncomplicated.

The location excellent right next to the olavakode rlwy stn, food average, amenities good & service was excellent.
