Red Roof Inn Palatine

The lady with the blonde hair should not have a hospitality position. Let alone a management in hospitality position. That women is the PERFECT example of GHETTO. Who ever hired her should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! Her employees should file complaints against her for how rude she is to them. She treats guest like prisoners. Reply’s “well I don’t know what you want me to do, if you don’t like it leave” is this what your company trains your management team to say? Terrible women, terrible attitude, terrible hair, terrible place. If I had to rate you on your manager at this property alone I’d give you a -20 !

Rooms were very clean, employees were very friendly and accommodating to all my needs …. Prices were very affordable … Had an overall great experience during my time here ….. Will definitely stay again at this location for my future work needs………….

The hotel staff was rude and room smelled of mildew. Front entrance door is locked and you have to wait for someone to let you in.

My husbands truck got towed !!!!! Even after the parking pass was seen in the window , management is very unprofessional. Blamed it on us . Refunded me half my deposit!!!!! Front desk was no help !!!!!!!! And was told every Saturday she’s having card towed

People screaming at each other in the lobby for at least 30 minutes. We needed a plunger and had to go to the front desk to get it and they made us bring it back down. Definitely not smoke free!

I didnt have a phone in my room. No breakfast... this is transient hotel.

The only thing that i didn't like had to do with *******. My reservations for my 2nd and 3rd nights did not go through to the hotel. Since ******* doesn't have a customer service number it nade things difficult. Only the superior service by the Red Roof front desk staff saved the day .

Location good. Maintenence poor. Cold air coming into room through space around HVAC unit. Had to stuff a pillow to block the space.

The room was awful it had mold in the bathroom shower and holes in the wall and it smelled we had to open windows to air it out. Plus cigarette holes in the blanket. Bed was comfortable. But i wont stay here ever again. People slamming doors all night and early morning it kept waking me up.
